Our Newer single family home has a gorgeous pool and Lanai with palm trees, 3 bedrooms that offer a king size bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk beds with a double and a twin in the 3rd bedroom., It also has 2 full bathrooms, a full furnished living (with sleeper sofa) room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage. Ceiling fans, central AC, walk in closets, master bath, The home was new in 2002 and professionally decorated, and has close proximity to the beautiful Gulf Beaches and is within a mile to the well known Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass Gulf Beach parks. Summer special price includes cleaning.. Roku box just added on the TV with NetFlix.
In addition to the Gulf Beaches, it is located close to fine and casual dining, as well as wonderful shopping and golf that Naples has to offer.

My family and I had a week stay and had a great time. Everything we needed was there, Beach chairs, towels, shovels, ext. When we arrived the home was Very clean and georgous. The kids had a great time in the inground pool and the internet single was strong. We were less then a mile to Vanderbuilt beach and Wiggens park (highly recomend). We also had a huge amount of resturants to pick from, their in no way to eat at all of them even if you stayed for a month. Everything from payment to getting in the property was easy and the owners were the best.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home really has everything to meet a family's needs. The area is safe and it is an easy walk to anything you may need. The pool was great to come back to after a day spent at Delnor-Wiggins Beach/Park. The enclosed backyard is very private and the surrounding area is quiet yet the main road is easy to access. We came to Naples for a lacrosse tournament and were thrilled to find this house. I always look at the reviews before I book a rental, so I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. It is five minutes from a beautiful beach and the home had beach chairs and towels. It is also close to the Ritz if you are looking for a spa treatment or drinks by the beach. Starbucks, frozen yogurt and Whole Foods are around the corner. The house was clean, stocked with essentials and warmly decorated. My girls enjoyed the pool and sitting area. My husband and I thought that Naples would be a close and perfect getaway for our 4th Anniversary (we are from South Florida). We wanted relaxation, sun, fun, great food, and were interested in a home in which our mini schnauzer pup would be welcomed. We were delighted to find this home. It was very close to Vanderbilt Beach, to the entrance of the Delnor Wiggins Park/Beach, to kayaking, the area known as the Mercato (an outdoor shopping and eating/entertainment area), and multiple great restaurants, among others. The downtown area, movies, entrance to I-75 to go to the outlets, and a dog beach were all also nearby. Staying here, we had all that we needed; a screened in pool, lots of space for our dog to play in, a great master bedroom, and all the comforts/needs of home. The closet space was good, the garage large enough for 2 cars, and the kitchen/eating area comfy. A washer/dryer, in case we needed one, were available, and 2 additional rooms: a guest room, comfortable enough to have family over on 1 of the nights and a 3rd bedroom, very kid friendly were also very nice. We look forward to staying here year after year, as we expand our family, and like the fact that this home has a bunk bed with a double bottom, single top bunk, and high chair available for those families with children. The house had a DVD player for rainy days, as well as VCR (I will have to remember to take old VHS tapes next time), as well as beach extras we could utilize throughout our stay. The property was clean and well kept. The price was also wonderful for us (since Summer is our time to travel, and the less busy season in Naples). I would definitely recommend this home to everyone and we are looking forward to visiting next year as well. Thanks again! Recommendations for food: A Taste of Europe (very close to this house) for the best gyro you have ever tried, Chops for great steak, Blueberrys, First Watch (breakfast/brunch/lunch place), Abbots (for monkey bread and ice cream), Daruma (for Hibachi), etc... Oh and by the way, I have to add that I love heat lamps in bathrooms, as well as the fact that the shower did not spill any water out when bathing =)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed the comfort and privacy of this beautiful house.Dan answered any questions we had immediately. He had a washer repaired in one day. It was very clean. The pool is great for kids. It is a bit of a drive to a beach where parking is not easy, except at the State Park.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
