Emerald Coast Gulf....beautiful, vibrant green/blue water, breathtaking view and the sound of the ocean, right from our balcony on the 20th Penthouse floor at Tropic Winds! This is what I felt and saw the first time I looked over our balcony and saw the ocean....just amazing!

Our Penthouse is located on the 20th floor, it has a feel of a Modern/Tropical get away. The main rooms (kitchen/dining room/family room) all have a Key West style furniture that is decorated with a Modern twist. The master bedroom has a king bed that also has the Key West furniture and is decorated with bright colors. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is decorated in fun beach decor, white furniture!

Why the Owner Chose Tropic WindsThe blue waters and sugary white sand beaches are truly why we love this area so much. Anyone can come here to vacation, there is a new airport in Panama City Beach/you can fly, drive...whatever it takes to get here it is well worth it!
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe love all the on-site amentities including the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, suanas and the workout room that over looks the ocean! Beaches, location to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, fish market...everything is very convienient! Pier Park is a favorite of ours to and check out Tootsies, kid friendly until 10:00pm and the bands are good and lots of fun! Many other things to do there to, shopping, restaurants, theater, and lots of kid friendly things to do!

We are so excited to have this new beach haven to share with others. My daughter is so excited to have a place at the beach to call our own and so are her parents. We love to travel and whenever we do it includes warm weather, blue waters and white sand beaches. Well, we have accomplished that and more here in Panama City Beach. Robyn, will be managing our place and we have a great cleaning company that will make your visit what I would expect! Sit back, relax and enjoy the Emerald Coast!

What a wonderful time our family had in PCB last week staying at your family’s condo. The condo was spotless upon arrival, very well equipped and so comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins, stingrays and a sea turtle. The beach service was great too, we used it every day! You truly have a gem of a condo. We all slept great last week. Upon returning home, Tom and I decided we need a mattress like you have.

Our stay at the unit was absolutely wonderful...we have stayed at many resorts in Panama City but this one by far was more equipped,perfectly decorated and made us feel right at home.It was everything that Robyn said it would be and even more....

We have been coming to PCB for the past 6 yrs and this is the best decorated one yet and we've had some real nice ones (Seychelles, Calypso, Palazzo and Tropic Winds). From the furniture (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms & patio), the appliances and colors everything is so well coordinated. Kitchen is very well equipped. Listing photos are nice but living here for 3 months goes beyond photos. We really stress on cleanliness when we look for a condo and this was clean as it gets. Owners were pleasant to deal with, everything we asked for was dealt with promptness and results. Condo is located away from heavy traffic (especially Spring Break time) but not far from Pier Park, grocery & restaurants. Great Location and View !!!! Looking forward to coming back next winter. Thank you for the use of your condo. We had a wonderful time! I wanted rest & relaxation & that is exactly what I got. It was amazing to sit on your balcony & watch the sun go down. How wonderful & powerful God is! Your condo was very nice & made our trip more enjoyable. The only thing that coulxd have made this trip better would have been our grandchildren. ( Jackson, Aiden, McKenzie) But then I would not have gotten the rest I needed. I would have been playing on the beach with them! I do want to come back & bring them so we can enjoy the ocean together! Longhorn Steakhouse had a delicious steak & Five Brothers a juicy & delicious burger! Again, thank you for your hospitility!
