  The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The condo had great style and furniture. The cindo was well maintained n clean. I was impressed with the beach, soft smooth sand hardly any debry. The beach loungers were confortable and included in the rental fee of condo. Pool was nice and warm in april. My girls had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. We saw a few dolphins and a few manta rays from our balcony, not to mention unbelievable sunsets! I can't wait to rent here again next year. Having the two queen beds in the second bedroom was great having four kids along on vacation. We had plenty of room for all six of us!

  This condo has everything you could possibly need. Robyn was always helpful and easy to contact. The view from the balcony was amazing and the patio furniture was so comfortable you'd never want to leave. It was great being on the beach and I'm looking forward to doing it again. The location is really great if you're not wanting to be in the chaos of spring break.

  We love PCB and Robyn's condo was a wonderful place to stay. The condo is decorated beautifully and feels warm & cozy. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Robyn is great to work with,making sure everything is taken care of and that your stay is the best. If you have never been to the beach in the fall you should. The weather is excellent and the beach is crystal clear, making it easy to watch the sea-life. Robyn's condo and the beach make a perfect place for a great vacation. Can't wait for our next trip!!

  The only thing that could have made this stay any better would be if you could sleep and cook on the patio. The pictures don't do it justice, we could have spent the whole week on the patio. The Unit was excelllent, very clean, and very well equiped with everything we needed. Owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Already trying to see when we can schedule our next trip.

  We recently returned from our stay in this condo and would certainly recommend this unit to a friend and keep it in mind for future trips to PCB. The views from the huge balcony were breathtaking. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. From the kitchen being well stocked, to the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, to the comfortable furniture on the balcony...everything we needed was in the unit. The unit was clean and well taken care of. We loved being close to Pier Park and other area attractions.

  Thank you for letting us use your condo. We had a wonderful time! We saw sting-rays, and a shark! We took a dolphin and Shell Island tour one afternoon. It was great! We did a lot so swimming in the gulf and swimming pool. We went to Pier Park, took a ride to Destin one day. Played mini golf and just relaxed. The week went way to fast!!! We ate almost all so our meals out on the balcony and enjoyed the view!

  My family and their two friends had a wonderful stay in your condo on the beach. We loved the balcony and the overall family feel of the condo. It was much nicer than any hotel could ever be. The condo was very clean and we felt right at home. The beach chairs that were provided in the condo were an added touch. I loved siting down by the gulf with the water rushing up on my legs to cool me off on those toasty days in the sun. It was an awesome vacation. My teenage boys and their friends enjoyed Pier Point as it was very close to the condo. There are many places to shop close by to stock up on snacks and food for the condo. Overall I would suggest this vacation spot to anyone that wants to get away and relax. Thank you Robin for sharing your getaway with us.

  We have stayed in several condo's over the years in PCB, I would have to say this was the nicest. It had the home feel to it. The condo was decorated very nicely. I was so bummed that I didnt have room to take my beach chairs this year, but when we got there they had 2 chairs and a cart available for us to use, along with the free beach rentals.Thanks for a wonderful time, and we will stay here again.

  We had a great time in Panama City Beach! Our team enjoyed everyday there and we look forward to coming back next year. The beaches were stunning and the water was so clear. Your condo was perfect and we were able to relax and enjoy the view. I think sitting out on the balcony in the morning was my favorite time! What a view you have!!!

  I enjoyed reading about your time here! You seem to like it very much. My family has had a great time! My boys were here for the Baseball World Series so that kept us from doing a lot of things we would have liked to try. But our time at the beach was wonderful. The boys thought the condo was great, they want to move here and spend time with your family regularly!!!

Shuck umps had great oysters... the weather was great every day!!! Great view from the balcony every morning. We definitely can't wait to come back for more relaxation& fun in the sun.

  We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo..we didn't want to leave! The condo itself is beautiful and stocked with everything you need to cook a fantastic meal or mix up a tropical drink or two! The rooms are so spacious and comfy...especially the mattresses! The view from the balcony was amazing and, even on the hot days, had a fantastic breeze that kept it comfortable. We used the beach service which made going to the water so easy and also used the beach chairs stored in the condo. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place and trip. Although the complex pool is a bit on the small side, there was always room to sit and, except for very late in the day, always sun on it. Besides, you have a HUGE pool just past the beach!! Thank you, Robyn, for all of your help and great communication; we can't wait to come back!

  Thank you so much for allowing us in your beautiful home this week. We have stayed in many resorts and condos in the Panama City area but we feel this is the Best Unit Yet! Everything was in place and we needed nothing but our clothes and food. Thankful the weathers been perfect with not even seeing very few clouds. We hope to come stay here again someday!

  What a wonderful time our family had in PCB last week staying at your family’s condo.  The condo was spotless upon arrival, very well equipped and so comfortable.  The view from the balcony was amazing.  We saw dolphins, stingrays and a sea turtle.  The beach service was great too, we used it every day! You truly have a gem of a condo. We all slept great last week. Upon returning home, Tom and I decided we need a mattress like you have.

  We have been coming to PCB for the past 6 yrs and this is the best decorated one yet and we've had some real nice ones (Seychelles, Calypso, Palazzo and Tropic Winds). From the furniture (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms & patio), the appliances and colors everything is so well coordinated. Kitchen is very well equipped. Listing photos are nice but living here for 3 months goes beyond photos. We really stress on cleanliness when we look for a condo and this was clean as it gets. Owners were pleasant to deal with, everything we asked for was dealt with promptness and results. Condo is located away from heavy traffic (especially Spring Break time) but not far from Pier Park, grocery & restaurants. Great Location and View !!!! Looking forward to coming back next winter.   I have been coming to this area for many years,and stayed just across the street from the Tropic Winds and watched it being built. This condo is amazing. It is exactly as described. The property was very clean and had all amenities. The balcony was our favorite place to be, watching dolphins and manta rays every morning. I would highly recommend this condo. Robyn was extremly helpfull and very easy to work with. My family and I will stay here every time we come to this area.

  Thank you for the use of your condo. We had a wonderful time! I wanted rest & relaxation & that is exactly what I got. It was amazing to sit on your balcony & watch the sun go down. How wonderful & powerful God is! Your condo was very nice & made our trip more enjoyable. The only thing that coulxd have made this trip better would have been our grandchildren. ( Jackson, Aiden, McKenzie) But then I would not have gotten the rest I needed. I would have been playing on the beach with them! I do want to come back & bring them so we can enjoy the ocean together! Longhorn Steakhouse had a delicious steak & Five Brothers a juicy & delicious burger! Again, thank you for your hospitility!

  My husband and I just returned form staying in Panama Beach in Robyn's condo. We were extremely pleased with our experience. The condo was exactly as the photos I found on-line. Although we ate out for our meals, I did check out the kitchen and if I had chosen, I would have had everything I needed to cook a meal. We had traveled to Panama Beach for rest and relaxation and we found exactly that. We were able to use the beach chairs provided in the condo and spend relaxing mornings on the beach reading and watching the ocean. The view from the balcony of the condo was breathtaking. We spent one enjoyable evening watching the sun set. It was breathtaking! The bed in the master bedroom slept wonderfully. We couldn't get over how well we slept. Having access to Netflix made a pleasant evening in after shopping at Pier Park. My only complaint, which is no fault of the owners, is the parking garage has very narrow parking spaces and narrow ramps to maneuver your car. I would most definitely recommend this property to others. I hope to go back for another R&R getaway, and want to go back with my adult children and grandkids. Of course, we will have to get a bigger place or rent two condos if we all go. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this condo!

  WOW! Everything you need is right here! The kitchen is equipped with QUALITY appliances... from the toaster to the refrigerator. Beach chairs, sand buckets, flashlights, movies, games....... don't pack these items...you will find them in the condo! The decor is beautiful! The leather couch and chair are nice and cozy! The mattress in the king bedroom is the most comfortable mattress we have EVER slept on... so impressed with the quality and comfort we are going to purchase the same!!! The balcony has awesome furniture too and what a view! Great place to eat breakfast, read a book, relax, take a nap, play games, and watch the beautiful sunset!! Simply AMAZING! Thank you so much for putting all your efforts in making sure your guests would be 110% satisfied! It is nice to know how much you care! We will be back again! Gary, Julie, Xavier, Samantha, Jessica

  We just returned from renting this property. This is the best condo that we have rented in the Panama City Beach area. We love the complex and the views from the 20th floor are fantastic. The unit is immaculate, well equipped and maintained. This is a jewel; do not hesitate if you are trying to find a condo which has great views, all new furnishings and appliances. It is very close to Pier Park and nice restaurants. I highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again in the future.

  We were lucky enough to be able to stay at this condo for a last minute weekend getaway, and were in awe at how beautifully decorated it was and how clean. The view is the best around and the large balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets and dolphins. I would reccomend this condo 100% for any and all occasions and will definitely be back as soon as poosible!
