We were not at all disappointed with the house or location. The lovely large decks, bright kitchen and master bathroom add so much to this beach home. We had a pleasant experience when working with the owner and rental management. This is a great place to enjoy swimming in the ocean during the day, taking romantic strolls along the beach in the evening and relaxing on the large decks with family and friends. (It was disappointing that we weren't able to cook out because we were told that it's the renters responsibility to pick up a propane tank for the grill if wanted. Luckily the Oceanic restaurant is just a couple of miles up the road.) We would enjoy staying in this home during future visits to Wilmington.This vacation home is certainly one to recommend to family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

Just returned from 3 nights at this property and was very pleased. Townhome seemed very new, nice appliances, great sound system and the view of the ocean surpassed my expectations. The master bedroom is a great space with a very nice shower, double sinks, plus its own deck and the kitchen/living room area was large enough for everyone to comfortably fit and hang out while making dinner. This is a quiet street, house is literally steps from the beach. A little further from Roberts, etc. than I had expected, but practically next to the pier and overall an very nice location. Lots of off street parking for a unit this size was a plus for our group as everyone's work schedules had 5 cars making the trip but we all fit. I would recommend this property to a friend and stay here again. Owner was quick to respond and everything went very smoothly.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Lovely home. Well appointed and clean. I could not be happier with the location - you can hear the ocean and see it from the decks. 5 adults have been very comfortable - I highly recommend this property - personal elevator made grocery shopping & hauling easy! If clean and lovely are what you are looking for, look no further! The master shower is WOW! Owner easy and friendly & helpful - very responsive - would come back next year -Recommended for: Age 55+.
