This very large upstairs unit (constructed in 2000) is located just 140' from the beach! Driving is not allowed on this section of the beach so there are a LOT less people! Great little neighborhood! Beach chairs and tables and portable grill are available for you to have an evening of fun and dining on the beach. The waves are perfect for surfing, body surfing, or boogy boarding.

This unit has a beautiful ocean view and is minutes from downtown St. Augustine, the nations oldest city. It's just a short walk along the beach to the famous "Beachcomber Restaurant" which is right on the beach! Your beach home away from home has wood floors throughout! A large cupula in the living area makes this a very light and bright atmosphere. It has a Piano and original paintings of St. Augustine area and other tropical locations. You'll even see wild parrots eating from the palm outside!

Pottery studio is downstairs in the back and you are welcome to visit them when the artists are working. Inquire about the beach & clay creation workshop. It's really cool!

If you are interested in surfing, it's one of the most popular spots for surfing! Great area for beginners too! Surf lessons are available by expert and champion surfers. The neighborhood is very peaceful and easy going w/fun, beach loving neighbors and vacationers young and old!

  • 1-800-604-1145 There are many restaurants and stores w/in walking distance. Carpet golf and the fishing pier are very close. Historic St. Augustine is 10 min drive w/the tours of Flagler College (old Flagler Grand Hotel) and Ghost Tours. The World Golf Hall of Fame and its IMAX theatre are about 20 minutes away. The Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR'S Daytona 500, Pepsi 400 is just one hour's drive south. Just the drive from here to Daytona Beach along AIA through Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach is a relaxing adventure. Cape Kennedy is about a 2 hour drive south. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World in Orlando are approx.two-hour drive from St. Augustine. Major PGA tournament and world-class tennis competitions are in Ponte Vedra about 30 min drive. There are six professional fishing tournaments held annually here in St Augustine.
