Great location 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. You can park your car for the week and walk everywhere (save gas). Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely furnished, central air condition (new). Nice backyard with chairs, table and grill. Two large screen LCD TV's (one 40' in the family room and one in the Bedroom.). Stereo, nice screened front porch, Florida room, two fireplaces (that you won't need, but they make the house cozy), and more.... High speed internet – just bring your laptop. New front loading washer dryer. The location is absolutely wonderful, and the house is clean and well-maintained.

Great house in wonderful location. It was spotless, nicely furnished, 2 large LCD TV's, hi speed internet, private back yard with table and chairs, outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Three bedrooms, two baths. It also has a nice family room and a screened in porch where you can relax in the evening and have drinks. You can park the car and walk everywhere. 4 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and a quick walk to in-town shops and great Rehoboth restaurants. We loved it! Cost is reasonable, especially considering prices in the neighborhood.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The photos on the site do not do the place justice. From the moment we walked into the house we felt comfortable and looked forward to our stay. The house is very nicely furnished, not too much furniture as some places we've found. The kitchen is adequate size, how much are you really going to cook on vacation anyway. The 3 bedrooms are decent size and for the six of us the family room was more than enough space and there is still the living room and the sun porch which we hardly used other than passing through. The back yard is nice and private and the grill is new and worked great. The carport provides a nice private entrance and plenty of storage for all your chairs, umbrellas or anything else you need it for. There are plenty of beach chairs provided in the carport closets you don't need to bring your own. We have nothing bad to say about our stay and recommend this house to everyone. Other than simply wanting to get back home we would have been willing to stay a lot longer as we were extremely comfortable the entire week and felt completely at home.Owner response: Thanks so much.
