The bungalow has everything you need, all you have to bring is 'yourselves'..............ok, toss in some food! Summer days have arrived here at the Bear Track, it is a great time to watch the birds, the fish and the mountain run off into the Peshastin.

TerryLouise was a perfect host. My fiance and I loved the quiet, removed cabin. We stay in Leavenworth every year at this time and it was nice to be only 10 minutes from the craziness of the city! I liked that Terry just handed us the keys and we had the place to ourselves the rest of the time. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook. She even had a great selection of movies to chose from! We will be back!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here the weekend of the Christmas lighting and were all very happy with our stay. There were four of us and we fit perfectly. Terry was extremely helpful in booking our reservations and giving us information for our stay when we arrived. The cabin looks better than it does in pictures! We were very pleased with the amentities and how well everything was stocked and organized. When we arrived, there was a plate of cookies and chocolates sitting out on the counter for us. Everything felt so welcoming. She has everything decorated so cute and even had Christmas decorations up! The kitchen has everything you need to make a full course meal and she even provides coffee for the coffee maker. The creek is so pretty, we put on our snow boots and trekked through the snow a short way to get to it. The first night was a little chilly in the cabin, but it does take time to heat up once we turned the heater and fireplace on. The bungalow is in a great location, and only a short drive to Leavenworth! There is a taxi service that will take you into town for about 15-20$ each way. Overall we were very happy with our stay and are definately considering another visit in the near future.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

I stayed at the Bear Track Bungalow on Thanksgiving and the day after. I enjoyed my stay at the Bungalow and would recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to get away. I grew up in the Wenatchee area and had plans for Thanksgiving in Cashmere. I also wanted to visit Leavenworth while I was there. The Bungalow is a great location and distance for both places. It it only a short drive to Cashmere or Leavenworth. All the ammenties in the Bungalow made it feel like you are right at home. We loved the recliner chair and I am looking for one just like it to go in my apartment. It is the perfect size and comfort for relaxing and watching movies. We enjoyed watching the movies in the Bungalow. The only thing that I was left without and forgot at home was a hair dryer. I assumed there would be one there and did not bring one so needed to get one but other than that it was a great experience.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Bear Track the first weekend in October. We were impressed with how well stocked everything was and how CLEAN the bungalow was when we arrived. I appreciated Terry’s attention to detail when decorating it was very homey, they took very good care of us while we where there. . She also provided us with great suggestions for places to see and best options for dining. It is someplace we would return to should we stay in the Leavenworth area again. It was one of the nicest vacation rentals my husband and I have stayed in using VRBO in the past 7 years.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

What a beautiful place!!!!!

I went there with three people, and while the place will hold 4 people, the recommended number is 2. This is the PERFECT couples getaway. Lots of green, a creek that runs right past it, an outdoor barbecue and firepit, electric fireplace, and 10 minutes drive from Leavenworth. The owners are absolutely helpful loving people who interacted with me over email and gave me lots of details on what to do, how to get there, the amenities, sights to see, etc. etc. etc. The place is stocked with plenty of blankets, towels and cosy chairs to hang out. We didn't want to leave the bungalow for Oktoberfest and took us great motivation to get out the door.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
