  Great customer service... Kim met me at mall to get cell phone we left behind! Great location, well desigjned. Only concerns were safety related. Throw rug in dining room had corner rolled up that tripped us, chipped stone around dipping pool dangerous, and the patio around dipping pool was slick. We purchased cheap mats to make the patio safe! Clean and well supplied!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The HOA is continuing to work on the dipping pools. This is out of my control. These homes were built right on the sand which causes shifting and settling. I am excited to plan your next vacation for you!

  My husband and I recently returned from a wonderful eight night stay in this beautiful town home. We initially had some anxiety about renting from an individual and not through a hotel or inn, but everything turned out great. Linda was very easy to work with, from start to finish. When we arrived, one of the smoke detectors was chirping loudly. We called, and within about thirty minutes, her husband was there to change the battery. This home is spacious, clean, and after awhile you actually forget you are just renting! The place really felt like a second home. We loved the heated dipping pool, the convenience of the elevator, the comfy bed, and the laundry facility. We prepared all our meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen. And, of course, the best part is the million dollar view that you can soak up from the beach or any of the three decks. We will definitely rent from Linda again. Thank you for a much needed week of relaxation!

  My family and I stayed at this house this Christmas and new years. It was very spacious, plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The boys loved the room with the bunk beds and Xbox! The location is excellent for shopping, eating, grocery, really anything you want to do in Destin. However, my favorite part was the beach. Great views, 3 separate decks to sit on, lots of glass to see out and the closest walk to the beach ever! Just walk right out of the first floor and you are just a few quick steps to laying by the water. Excellent communication from owner, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend a stay here.

  This is a fantastic home to rent. It's large and very comfortable for a family. The home was very clean when we arrived and how nice it was to have the beds already made up and fresh towels in the baths. We found the elevator quite handy especially after trips to the grocery store. The children loved their "own pool" (the jacuzzi on the lower level porch). Being just a few steps from the beach was sooooo easy and having two beach chairs and the umbrella supplied and set up for us each morning was a serendipity. There was not one thing that was not supplied that we might have needed. The kitchen is amply furnished with any and all cooking utensils needed. I would definitely recommend the rental of this lovely home. It supplies privacy not only in the home but on the beach.

  My family of 6 adults and 3 children had an amazing time at Frangista Finale, location is perfect and view is amazing of the beach and ocean. Very easy to get to different stores and food locations around Destin. We will no doubt be back. Thanks for a great experience!

  We just got back from a great week in Destin. Our stay at Frangista Finale was wonderful in every way. The townhome had everything we needed for all seven adults, plenty of space, wonderful views of the beach and close to all our favorite resturants and shopping. We definitely will stay here again. We drive 14 hours every year from Virginia and it is so worth it. Thanks for a great home away from home.
