    My family stayed here for 6 nights. The condo was modern, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Plenty of TVs that prevented any arguments. Wifi signal was strong throughout the unit. Kitchen was well equipped with supplies. The condo was located in a nice resort just a short walk from the beach and close to several state parks (Big and Little Talbot definitely worth a visit). The owners were very easy to work with. We really appreciated finding a condo that would accept two dogs that was not all old and beat up. The beach closet was packed with beach supplies so we did not have to bring our own stuff. The unit was very quiet - barely knew anybody else was in the building although the parking lot was pretty full. Although it was on the third floor, the building was equipped with an elevator which made it easier to haul up suitcases. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. We would definitely recommend this condo.

    Robin and Helen made our experience very easy, they had an information packet ready to review and information about things to do in the area. My wife and I loved walking the beach looking for sharks teeth, and enjoying the sun. The condo unit was in excellent condition and had recently been remodeled, We did not need a thing it had all the furnishing that anyone would need. We spent 8 weeks at their unit and hated to leave.If you want to enjoy the beach, golf, fish, ride bicycles, just to mention a few things, the plantation has it all. We have been coming to this area for sometime now and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

    Robin and Helen make the whole process very easy; they have thought of everything! The condo is exactly as described: very clean, modern and comfortable. Nearly everything you will need is there. The Plantation itself was partially under construction during our visit, but didn't bother us at all. The proximity of the pool and beach makes it an ideal spot, regardless. We can't wait to return!

    Despite a short visit from Beryl, we have a wonderful stay at the condo. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The location is ideal, close to beach, pool and shopping. Robin and Helen were wonderful to work with, very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. This was our first trip to Amelia and we will return. We enjoyed the warm Florida weather along with the southern charm and hospitality. Thank you Robin and Helen.

    My only wish is that we could have stayed longer! Beautifully remodeled, comfortable furnishings, and one of the cleanest rentals we have ever visited. The location is great - on the end with a very private balcony, no noise, close to pool and less than 3 minute walk from the beach. Additionally, the owners have thought of everything: beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler, and a beach cart to carry it! Flat screen TV in every room, books, cards, games, etc.Our last night there we were visited by Tropical Storm Beryl and even had plenty of flashlights to play cards and move around. All you need to bring are some snacks, beverages, your swimsuit, and flip-flops! Robin and Helen made the whole reservation process a pleasure and even called and emailed to check on us during the storm. This is where you want to stay and we can't wait to visit again!

    Thank you Helen and Robin..your place is perfect for a nice vacation...although it was too short for us..tastefully decorated and very clean..great location..easy to beach or pool...close to restaurants and shopping..Baxters had the best crabcakes I have ever had..very quiet and the plantation was beautiful...thanks..would hope to come back again..

    Thank you so much Robin and Helen. The Plantation is just beautiful. We enjoyed the walkways and the beach is pristine. We have never seen so many shells. We watched the sunrise and our dog, Katie, enjoyed multiple daily walks. The condo is spacious and the beautiful decor is inviting...attention to detail but not fussy. My daughter and her roommate, who are stationed at NAS Jacksonville, just wanted to hangout because it was so homey and comfortable. We did visit Fort Clinch, the lighthouse and downtown Fernandina. We watched the sunset from the marshside. We had a lovely stay. I would recommend this condo. Thanks again.

    The condo was clean and had great touches to make it very comfortable. We loved the quick walk to the beach, boardwalks throughout the plantation, and balcony views of Cypress trees, the pool, a pond, and the golf course. During our stay between Christmas and New Year's Day, it was quiet and the weather was nice enough to be outdoors (hikes, walks on the beach, kayak, etc.). There was plenty of room in the condo for us (2 adults and 2 dogs), but enough room for another couple to join as well. The condo is close to state parks, Fernandina Beach area, and many good restaurants.

    Thank so you much for a great stay! We came here for a conference that I attended. The location was ideal! Steps to the beach and about 10 min walk to the Conference Center. Visitors, don't let the outside of the complex fool you... it is older but the condo itself is updated and beautiful! Very spacious, clean, and well-stocked and quiet! It was great to be able to bring our 2 dogs, who loved the beach and the Nassau County Humane Society Dog Park about 10-12 minute drive away ( has grass, dog pool -- $5/day per dog and have to show proof of rabies vaccination). We ate at PLAE on the Plantation and at Espana in Fernadina Beach. My husband enoyed playing the one golf course that was open while I was at my meetings. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will certainly be back again! Thank you, Robin and Helen!

    This was our first time to the Plantation. This condo was wonderful. It was plenty of space for all of us and it was nicely furnished and updated. It had all the amenities anyone would need. It was close to the beach but still secluded. The owners were so kind and had a lot of information about restaraunts and activities within the plantation and surrounding areas. We will be back.     My wife, two kids and I had the pleasure of renting this roomy condo for a weekend in September 2011. Geographically, the condo is near beach access, while at the same time it sits secluded among the shady oaks, and it is only minutes from many restaurants in the charming fishing village at Fernandina Beach. The space itself is clean and comfortably furnished, with computer/internet access and big screen TV. We will return.

    We have stayed at many different condos on the Plantation and this is by far our favorite. Its beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It took us 2 minutes to feel the sand beneath our toes from the front door and being able to bring our two babies (dogs) with us made us feel even more at home. Thanks Robin & Helen! We will be calling again very soon!
