Beautiful beachfront 2bdr/2bath 1200 sq ft condo in newly renovated Sterling Sands. Sterling Sands is a low rise condo with only 110 units so the beaches do not get as crowded as other Destin properties and the building has just undergone extensive renovations in 2013. This unit is the larger 2/2 in Sterling Sands with a very large Gulf Front Master Suite. This unit sleeps 8 (1 King, 1 Queen, Bunks and Queen Sleep Sofa). There are no streets to cross to get to beach and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful gulf views while relaxing at the pool. This condo is within walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant and Henderson Beach State Park. Full well stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer and free standing icemaker in the condo.

Spent our second great winter in 313. We feel so much at home here, the furnishings are so comfortable and the unit is sooooo well equiped. I cook alot over the winter and the kitchen is so well equiped I wish I could take it home with me. Looking forward to next year!!!! If you're looking for a very nice place to stay, this it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This Unit was beautiful! My children loved the large bathtub and shower in the master bedroom. The beds were so comfortable. I felt well rested every morning I woke up on vacation. And opening our balcony door each morning and hearing the waves cascading on the beach was priceless! The management staff was very helpful and friendly. This condo and the resort it self was amazing. I can't wait to be a repeat customers to the owners! Oh and did I mention the beach is right there......no long walk! It was great! Trust me........You will Love it to!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My kids just loved the bunk beds and the view from the balcony. We could walk to the Back Porch restaurant, which was right up the beach. Very comfortable unit and complex is not a typical high rise.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
