Nestled among the scrub pines and rose bushes, the house sits high on the dunes overlooking the ocean. Built in 1905 by Captain Lorenzo Baker, the house was moved to its present site in 1915, chosen for its spectacular ocean views, and was the first house to be built on Ocean View Drive. It has been lovingly cared for through the years, and retains much of its original workmanship and warmth.
The house consists of a master bedroom with queen-size bed, two upstairs bedrooms with 3 single beds and one full/queen sized bed, one full bath (downstairs), half bath upstairs, full kitchen, living room, fully enclosed sun room (with expansive 180% ocean views), large deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and fully enclosed back deck, as well as lovely yard. Wake up to the sunrise over the water, watch whales from the deck during lunch and have dinner watching the sunset over the forest! You’ll never want to leave!
