Spacious, open, one-level, two bedroom, two bath house in quiet neighborhood where ancient oak branches covered with Spanish moss meet overhead, as you enjoy walking through the neighborhood or watch egrets on the nearby Halifax River. At the same time, it is less than a ten minute drive to the world's most famous beach.

Enjoy breakfast in the Florida room, sun on the outdoor patio, or play shuffle-board in the backyard. On a cool evening, sit before a cozy fire in the Tennessee stone fireplace.

While here, enjoy the beaches of Daytona. Drive on the beach during the day or go back and walk the beach in the quiet of the evening when cars are not allowed. If you are there at the right time of year join the sea turtle watch.

The Intercoastal Waterway has a variety of boat trips available from the various docks. Visit the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, International Speedway, and the Museum of Arts and Sciences. Enjoy the concerts and plays at many locations throughout the area. Cape Canaveral and St. Augustine are both about an hour away. Also, Disney World for when the grandchildren visit.
