Sunset Cottage is part of the small cottage community known as Millionaire's Row. Millionaire's Row is a waterfront property with seven small, private cottages. Millionaire's Row is located in beautiful Montauk, New York on the eastern tip of Long Island. The cottages sit on gorgeous Fort Pond Bay, a protected nook of Block Island Sound. Fort Pond Bay is famous on the East End for its amazing sunsets, great fishing, calm water, and crisp summer breezes. An easy fifteen mile drive to East Hampton, Millionaire's Row offers the best of both worlds--access to the Hamptons and its famous fine dining, and shopping; and the relaxing environs of laid-back Montauk, the so-called 'un-Hampton'. Step out your back door and onto a quiet, secluded beach, or hop in the car and join in the pageantry of summer in the Hamptons. The choice is yours.
