  Our family of 4 (2 children ages 8 & 5) recently stayed in this condo during our spring break vacation. The condo was beautiful and very clean! Our kids particularly enjoyed the bunkies in the hallway. We had a great time in the 2 different pools and hot tubs and thoroughly enjoyed the white, sandy beach. Catherine was very easy to work with and also accommodated our early arrival. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this condo to any family, particularly with kids looking for a fun Florida getaway!

  Rick is great to work with! Place was in excellent condition pics don't give u the true beauty of this property. Rick made this stay possible 4 us and I can't thank him enough 4 that. This propery is close 2 everything and we have stayed at other places and this one is the nicest place we have stayed at yet!! Close to restraunts, shops and plenty of activities. Best of all u are right there on the beach!! Beach was great tiki bar is nice great food and drinks there and cost is good 2. Thanks again Rick 4 making sure everything was ok with our stay! Thank u 4 letting us stay at your place hope we can again next year!!!

  My husband and I stayed here for last minute weekend getaway. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and very well stocked. Even though the beach was accross the street the view was amazing! Catherine was very easy to work with! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your little piece of paradise! Will definatley stay here again!

  This was a last minute getaway for our family before going back to school and it was perfect except for the rain! The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Catherine was a pleasure to work with and she even offered us and extra day because of he rain we experienced during our stay. We will definitely be back!

  This is a beautiful, confortable and clean condo. We had everything we needed, beach, pool, hot tub and more. My family loved it, will go back for sure!

  My family stayed in this condo for a week on our summer vacation. It was beautifully decorated and clean. It had a great ocean view and the resort had two nice pools--perfect for our kids. The owners were wonderful to work with and even called to check if we needed anything upon our arrival. It was our first trip to PCB and we found lots to do! We would definitely consider coming back to this condo in the future and have already told some friends about it.

  My daughter (14) and I came during spring break. This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location was great - centrally located to pier park and wonderful restaurants. The owners were very easy to work with and most accommodating. I would highly recommend this luxury condo and hope to come back soon.

  My husband and I stayed here June 17-23, 2012. This unit is just what you see. Very well maintaned and is just as described. Talked with Catherine over the phone, and was just great to get to know. Catherine and Rick was very helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable,and checked with us to see if we needed anything. The location was great, had an ocean view, a pool on our side, grills to cook out if we chose to, and a full kitchen to use. It was a short walk over to the main pool or the ocean, but there is a walkway over so you dont have to use the street. We were very pleased with our choice, and would stay there agin. Close to Pier Park, and many places to shop and eat. Had a wonderful relaxing week. Thanks again for all your assitnace Catherine and Rick.

  My wife and I finally had a chance to take our honeymoon and this Luxury Condo was indeed breathtaking! Grand Panama Resort, Panama City Beach was a very good chance. We plan to visit again. The Owner was great and booking our stay was easy especially having to travel so far.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  My daughter, 4yo granddaughter, and I spent Mother's Day weekend in PCB and stayed at Rick and Catherine's condo at the Grand Panama Beach Resort. We had a wonderful time and this condo unit is absolutely beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need while on vacation. We loved everything about this condo and especially the huge walk-in shower. My granddaughter loved the bunkbeds in the hallway! I don't think I have ever stayed in a condo as clean as this one. Even though this unit is in the building across the road from the beach, you have a great view of the beach from the balcony (which is furnished with very nice patio furniture). Rick and Catherine are great owners and I will surely rent from them again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB! Thanks again Rick and Catherine for allowing us to stay here! We loved it!!!!
