Rick is great to work with! Place was in excellent condition pics don't give u the true beauty of this property. Rick made this stay possible 4 us and I can't thank him enough 4 that. This propery is close 2 everything and we have stayed at other places and this one is the nicest place we have stayed at yet!! Close to restraunts, shops and plenty of activities. Best of all u are right there on the beach!! Beach was great tiki bar is nice great food and drinks there and cost is good 2. Thanks again Rick 4 making sure everything was ok with our stay! Thank u 4 letting us stay at your place hope we can again next year!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family of 4 (2 children ages 8 & 5) recently stayed in this condo during our spring break vacation. The condo was beautiful and very clean! Our kids particularly enjoyed the bunkies in the hallway. We had a great time in the 2 different pools and hot tubs and thoroughly enjoyed the white, sandy beach. Catherine was very easy to work with and also accommodated our early arrival. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this condo to any family, particularly with kids looking for a fun Florida getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed here for last minute weekend getaway. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and very well stocked. Even though the beach was accross the street the view was amazing! Catherine was very easy to work with! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your little piece of paradise! Will definatley stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was a last minute getaway for our family before going back to school and it was perfect except for the rain! The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Catherine was a pleasure to work with and she even offered us and extra day because of he rain we experienced during our stay. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a beautiful, confortable and clean condo. We had everything we needed, beach, pool, hot tub and more. My family loved it, will go back for sure!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family stayed in this condo for a week on our summer vacation. It was beautifully decorated and clean. It had a great ocean view and the resort had two nice pools--perfect for our kids. The owners were wonderful to work with and even called to check if we needed anything upon our arrival. It was our first trip to PCB and we found lots to do! We would definitely consider coming back to this condo in the future and have already told some friends about it.Recommended for: Families with young children

My husband and I stayed here June 17-23, 2012. This unit is just what you see. Very well maintaned and is just as described. Talked with Catherine over the phone, and was just great to get to know. Catherine and Rick was very helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable,and checked with us to see if we needed anything. The location was great, had an ocean view, a pool on our side, grills to cook out if we chose to, and a full kitchen to use. It was a short walk over to the main pool or the ocean, but there is a walkway over so you dont have to use the street. We were very pleased with our choice, and would stay there agin. Close to Pier Park, and many places to shop and eat. Had a wonderful relaxing week. Thanks again for all your assitnace Catherine and Rick.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My wife and I finally had a chance to take our honeymoon and this Luxury Condo was indeed breathtaking! Grand Panama Resort, Panama City Beach was a very good chance. We plan to visit again. The Owner was great and booking our stay was easy especially having to travel so far.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

My daughter, 4yo granddaughter, and I spent Mother's Day weekend in PCB and stayed at Rick and Catherine's condo at the Grand Panama Beach Resort. We had a wonderful time and this condo unit is absolutely beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need while on vacation. We loved everything about this condo and especially the huge walk-in shower. My granddaughter loved the bunkbeds in the hallway! I don't think I have ever stayed in a condo as clean as this one. Even though this unit is in the building across the road from the beach, you have a great view of the beach from the balcony (which is furnished with very nice patio furniture). Rick and Catherine are great owners and I will surely rent from them again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB! Thanks again Rick and Catherine for allowing us to stay here! We loved it!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a view! For us the balcony became the "HOTTEST SPOT" to be. Our vacation was the week of "Thunder Beach". What a great view you have of the beach and of Front Beach Road. We loved to watch the Bikers ride by and seeing the unbelievable styles of their bikes. The view of the Ocean with the waves rolling in was beautiful, especially at night. Easy access to the beach or either pool/hot tub location. In this Condo you will have plenty of room for everyone. Beautifully decorated with every thing you could possibly need. Everything, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island or Wal Mart (if you forgot something) is just minutes away. Rick and Cathy are wonderful people and are open to any suggestion that would make your vacation the most memorial one ever. The only word that comes to my mind to describe this vacation spot is "AWESOME"!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My daughter (14) and I came during spring break. This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location was great - centrally located to pier park and wonderful restaurants. The owners were very easy to work with and most accommodating. Great place to stay!!!! The condo was very nice(even better than the pictures) w/ a good gulf view. This was the perfect family friendly property. The owners were great also. We will be planning another trip to stay here. Great location! I would recommend this condo, and renting through the owners again:-).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family and I decided to get away for a mini-vacation at the last minute. We were lucky enough to find this condo and these owners. They were wonderful to us and very accommodating. They even called after our stay to make sure everything was perfect and if there was anything they could do to improve for future guests. I could not think of one negative aspect of our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to eat a few meals in the room. Even though it is only bedroom, the condo was very spacious and my family of 6 was comfortable during our entire stay. The pools were perfect, especially the kiddie pool for our 18 month old daughter. She was able to stand and play in the pool without any assistance. The condo and its amenities were perfect! We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this condo July 2011. It was perfect for our family. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly located in Panama City Beach. The kitchen is awesome with stainless steel appliances and a lot of cabinet space. For a one bedroom(plus bunks) condo it has two huge bathrooms. > The Grand Panama is a very nice resort. Two pools(one located in this building) and a very nice fitness center. This was one of the nicest resorts we have been to. Very clean and well maintained throughout from the parking garage, lobby, and elevators. From this condo, the beach is simply a short walk from one building to another across a catwalk so you don't even have to step foot on the street. We stayed busy between Pier Park, Shipwreck Island and putt putt but certainly had some time for rest and relaxation.
