  Stayed here one week and had a wonderful time. For half of the week we had 6 people and the unit did not feel cramped and it comfortably accommodated our group. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great. Unit was very cleans. Ample, clean linens. Easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Included beach chairs were nice. Pet-friendliness of this unit and the Ocean Breeze community was key. The grill is excellent. Washer/dryer works well. Kitchen is well stocked. Tennis court was fine. We had a 5 star experience but I gave a 4-star rating for the unit for a few minor reasons. Kitchen is fully functional but dated. Range could use an upgrade. Bathrooms are also fully functional but could be upgraded. Living room furniture could be upgraded. Lastly, the inside temp was a bit uneven. At night the upstairs master bedroom was very hot while the downstairs bedroom was cold. This might not be an issue during warm weather but our weather was unseasonably cold causing us to have the heat on. Diane was very responsive and a pleasure to correspond with. Property manager, Mike, was friendly and easy to link up with. We recommend this unit and would definitely stay here with our dog again. Hilton Head is beautiful.

Thanks for your suggestions, we are updating the unit little by little, next will be living room furniture and then new stove. We have put in hardwood floors, and taken down wall in kitchen to have the down stairs all open, and just purchased new dryer.

  We spent two weeks at this fabulous property and were beyond pleased at the accommodations and amenities. Diane was such a pleasure to work with. For those with kids and pets, this is an ideal setting. And, Diane was so flexible in letting us bring our small dog and birds and bearded dragon (in their cages, of course). Our kids loved riding their bikes to the beach. Occasionally, we would walk to the beach. The walk is not really an issue. I would not trade having such a spacious, updated, homey place for being right on the beach. It is truly close enough. A few times my kids had meltdowns about walking but they would have had meltdowns about anything after spending 10 hours on the beach each day in the hot sun. My only suggestion would be that they add a hose/ spigot near the front or back door of their place so that one could wash off feet, chairs, toys etc. some more (in addition to faucet at beach exit) so as not to get the place all sandy. But, there were cleaning supplies so it was not hard to sweep up or vacuum. Plus, a bike stand to tie up/lock our bikes up would have been great too. But again, just suggestions, not necessities. We liked the place so much that we started considering buying a property. But, it is not feasible for us at the moment. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.   Rented the unit for the month of January. Enjoyed grilling. Great location to provide varied walks for humans and the dog and 2 different walking routes for the beach. The Adler Ave. beach access was great: access to bathrooms, water fountain and showers available for sand removal. Units was clean, well equipped and quiet. Diane was great to work with and prompt in responses.

  Good location, close to beaches, pools, stores, easy to bike to. About two blocks from beach access. Very useful having the washer and dryer, used it daily for towels and clothing. Loved the open concept renovation, one of our main reasons for renting this unit, well, along with bringing our little dog :) Was nice to be able to work in the kitchen and still be a part of conversations on the living room. With the three bedrooms and bathrooms was super helpful for everyone to get ready. Having TVs in each room also a great benefit. The wifi worked great. Even had some extra supplies in the closets, towels, beach chairs, detergent, light bulbs, etc. The only minor issues I can mention would be a few bugs found inside during the week and probably the rugs need a good cleaning. We really couldn't think of anything we were missing at this location. Pictures are accurate and Diane was always prompt in answering any questions I had. We would stay again. Thank you!

  Owner response: Summer is a very busy month with a lot of traffic in and out, so thanks for bringing the rugs to our attention. They have been professionally cleaned and look great!! As for the bugs, the units/complex get sprayed inside and out many times throughout the year, so we try very hard to avoid any bugs inside. Glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again next year.

  This property had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach. Overall very clean upon arrival. Plenty of additional cleaning supplies to keep it that way during the stay (i.e. trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent). Full size laundry on second floor was very nice to get the towels ready for the next day. 3 Full bathrooms made it easy for the family. Nice kitchen set-up allowed for a quick meal at the 4-seat bar or a family sit-down dinner at the 6-person table. The new pergo/wood floors were nice to keep it clean and swept. The newer grill on the back patio hit the spot and allowed for great grilling every night. Plenty of dishware and servingware for all. Ceiling fans in every room and a great air conditioner made the stay very comfortable. Location was great with only 5 doors down from the pool and beach access only 0.5 miles away with a bike path that leads directly to the sand - no need to even get off the bike. Flat screen tv's in every room allowed each to get away for a little downtime. Overall good value for ammenities and location.

  We stayed here for a week in late April with our two white standard poodle dogs. Plenty of room, well stocked in supplies, quiet area in villa complex and 5-minute walk to uncrowded beach south of Coligny Circle, Great beach of firm sand that allows biking at low tides. "Carolina blue" weather entire week. Can bike or walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining/snacks. Hardwood floors downstairs. Small problem with carpets in upstairs bedrooms was quickly resolved by competent and friendly caretaker. Nice place to stay and reasonably priced ! Diane was very accomodating and pleasant to work with,

  We just returned from a month long stay at this villa. The descripyion and photos you see are very reflective of what you get. The property was excetionally clean and the local contact was extremely responsive to our needs. We spent a lot of time on the deck which is spacious and has a great barbeque. The property is very central and you can walk or bike to the beach, church, grocery stores and restaurants. I would have no difficulty recommending this unit to friends or family. In fact, we plan to return next year. If you are looking for a great place to spend a holiday give this unit a try.

  Enjoyed our stay last weekend @ this pet friendly condo. Just wished we had more time to explore HHI & enjoy the condo as our main reason for being there was to run a race. We will definitely return:) HHI is absolutely beautiful & plenty to do. Diane was quick to respond & helpful. Mike the manager made check in/out a breeze! Condo is exactly as shown in photos. Grounds are pretty, lots of condos & plenty of walking areas if traveling with a dog. Close walking distance to beach & pool. Condo was VERY clean, bright, linens provided & a stocked kitchen. Living/dining area (which has new flooring) is spacious! Equipped with a flat screen, bar stools @ counter & table for 6. Deck with a pretty garden view has a grill, small table/ chairs & 2 other larger chairs. Bedroom on the main floor has twin beds, bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms are upstairs, (double & King) both have a tiled bathroom (tub/shower). All have flat screens & plenty of windows making it bright! Washer/dryer too! Bedrooms & stairs have carpet. Plenty of room when traveling with another couple or two. Would recommend this condo. I like to mention a caution referring the speed bumps on the property.....they are many & high.   Likes: Quick & easy access to the walking/bike trail; enjoyed early morning/evening walks with my dog. Just seconds from the pool. Nice private back deck with a VERY NICE grill. Layout was perfect for my husband and our 27 yr old twin boys who could walk to Coligny Beach when they needed their space! Quick jaunt to Sea Pines where our friends live. Everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking at "home"! Adequate towels, pillows, blankets. TP, DW Soap, Bath Soap, Paper towels provided. Very Clean! However not to mislead, the condo could use some fresh paint/carpeting. It did not in any way distract from the comfort level of our stay. Everything was in working/functional order. Dislikes: Absolutely NONE! Maybe two more chairs on the back deck. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to my friends and family. Diane was very pleasant to deal with and so was Mike the Mgmt Guy. Great Place! Definitely 5 STARS for us!
