Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVE Sanibel Moorings and have stayed many times. The grounds are the most beautiful on the island, and the beach location cannot be beat. The staff is always courteous and helpful for whatever your needs are. We’ve stayed in unit 612 each and every stay. We do, however, think it’s time the unit had a “refresh”. It could most definitely use a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, and some updating. It is just a bit “older” in appearance we noted, after staying in it for several years. I think the owners need to give it a little ’s time. We enjoyed our stay as always, but will try a different unit next time.
