Making an adjustment to benefit the guest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time spent at Sanibel Mooring. Staff as always is very friendly. The morning Umbrella men were accommodating. I had a death in the Family at the time I had booked for. I called and the Mooring staff was understanding and moved my booking a month later. Another placed would have cancelled me and kept the deposit. I want to thank them for this understanding and favor. For this reason I will continue to go back to Sanibel Mooring. Again thank you for your accommodation.

This unit is beachy and spotless! Will most definitely return. The staff as always, was wonderful and the grounds are stunning. Plenty of parking for guests too!

3rd Visit

We have stayed at this property 3 times now and love the facilities and access to the beach. Pool area is wonderful for relaxing and cooling off. It is located close to all the places we like to eat and shop. This is definitely a great place to stay!
