Enjoy your stay in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath canal front home that features a covered deck overlooking the water for relaxing and entertaining. This home can sleep up to 6 adults in comfort.
The Master Bedroom has a private full bath with Queen size bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Additional sleeping accommodations include a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air. Covered back deck with table and charis, gas grill, 2 TV's, DVD Player, Basic Cable & Internet. Very close to all common areas with 2 bicycles for your use.
Bring your boat and keep it right at your unit! The seawall has dock posts, cleats and a fish cleaning table which will accommodate up to a 35' boat. Step right out your door and onto your boat! There is no charge for using the boat ramps at the Resort's Marina. The Florida Keys have some of the best fishing in the world with deep water access to the ocean or bay next to the Kemp Channel Bridge on Cudjoe Key (Boat and trailer parking is an additional daily charge by the park.) It is also a great spot for kayaks or canoes. You can swim or fish from the open water areas.
The resort amenities include: Lighted tennis courts, Olympic-sized heated pool, children’s pool, Hot tub, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, golf putting area, basketball, children's playground, pool table, Marina complete with 2 ramps and gas, The Marina’s convenience store stocks many necessities and BEER and WINE. The Store also has a 24 hour ATM. Also there is a fish cleaning station, boat trailer parking onsite, open water picnic areas, ocean front tiki hut, lending library, post office - and MORE - ALL IN A GATED COMMUNITY where you can feel safe and secure.
Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is a greaty place for snorkeling and diving and Key West is about 20 minutes to the south where there is plenty of dining and entertainment choices.
