This Beachside Two condo has a combination of spectacular views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and balcony...plus its location in the resort, at this rental rate make it a rare value - for your trip to the beach.
It provides a most comfortable home at the beach for families. This condo has the exact views everyone seeks, directly looking at the Gulf and the coastline. You can sit on your own private balcony - to watch the surf roll in/out, and you get the sunset view everyone seeks. It is in the quieter more private part of the Beachside Two building.
You can go down to our pool and enjoy listening to the live band playing daily 1-5 PM in-season and many other days during the year. The band plays (at the pool right next to ours so you are only ten feet further from the band than if you were at the Finz formaly the Elepehant Walk, yet you - do not - have to pay the resort amenity fee at our pool. The live band plays Jimmy Buffet-type music suitable for the entire family.
Just about anywhere in this condo, you have a magnificent view of the Gulf just in front of you - the living room, dining room, Master Bedroom, and balcony. You can enter the balcony from either the living room or from the Master Bedroom. There's TV and VCR in each bedroom and the living room. You'll find a stereo with CD player, plus games for the kids and entire family in the living room entertainment center. The games are in case of a rain shower or for after a big day on the beach when the family wants to stay home.
You also have courtesy use of the condo owners beach closet items; four sand chairs, two to four beach umbrellas, two boogie boards, and a ton of sand toys to satisfy the best excavators in your family. We provide use of these to save your valuable auto travel space and to save you money - that you can spend on great food, golf, or shopping.
Our Beachside Two Towers has its own two-level parking deck, so your car can be parked out of the hot sun and you can go to/from the condo without getting wet in the event of a rain shower.
If you've not seen Sandestin Resort it is by far the most beautifully landscaped resort in all of Northwest Florida. Within Sandestin resort the new Village at Baytowne Wharf has opened. It is like New Orleans and Seaside Community all rolled into one place. New Orleans architecture with cobble stone streets and alleys, gas lights, free live music on the green in-season nights, and many other nights during the year. There is music, food, specialty shops, in an extraordinarily festive atmosphere, with many things for every member of your family.
