  The house was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids 10 - 14). We were here for 2 great vacation weeks. The bedrooms are pretty large with plenty of closet/dresser space. It was completely easy to arrange details with Camille (she's incredibly nice!) and everything was as advertised. The house was spotless, there were plenty of towels, soap, TP, etc. and everything was in perfect working order. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and walking distance to the beaches. We had easy parking for our rental car (parking is tough in the Newport area so this was much appreciated!). The screened in porch was so nice - great for dinner or relaxing in the evening. We loved the house! Our first choice for next summer!

  I wrote a review last year after I stayed in this house with my friends and we had such a great experience that we rented it again. Camille was extremely easy to contact and beyond accommodating. Again my friends and I went down to RI and had an amazing weekend. We did not once leave the house but to walk down the street to watch the hockey game at the local sports bar. The house has everything you could really need except food and with a full kitchen, gas grill and kitchen supplies we made one grocery store trip and made our meals at home all weekend. The house was very reasonably priced and by making our own meals we saved so much more! Again, Camille was amazing and if you are considering renting this house I promise she will make it worth it. I know we will be renting this house every summer as long as we can. : )

  I came here for the weekend with a few of my closest friends to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for such a great price. The house was perfect, it had everything we needed and enough space for all of us. The yard was huge and the screened in room was perfect for family style bbq's. Parking was great and location was most ideal. We were walking distance from the beach, cafes, surf shops, liquor store and Flo's Clam Shack! It doesn't get any better than that. When we wanted to go down to downtown Newport, we called a cab and they were there in minutes. Camille was a dream to deal with, she was extremely helpful and accommodating and always available to speak with. I would absolutely rent this property again and recommend anyone else to do the same. I look forward to hopefully staying here next summer. Thank you Camille for all your hospitality.

  I absolutely loved this house. It is in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach, and perfect for a week's stay. It was everything we needed. I went with about 7 other people and we had a great time. Camille was also so helpful and very easy to contact :)!
