Very nice, clean and well maintained. I have been with my family (two kids 18 and 20 year) and my wife here for one week. The rental looks exactly like the picture. Before I booked the rental, I had many questions to Jason. He gave me an answer within 24 hours. When we arrived, Jason explained us everything. He drove with us around the area. The check in and out was very easy. Thanks a lot, Jason! There are three supermarkets around the rental (7/24) The neighborhood is very safe. The computer and the wifi works very fast. The metro (subway) is just one block away. You have the E,7,R,M, and F trains (local and express!!) You are within 15-20 min. in downtown. We found two good restaurants two metro stations away (Grand Av.) Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. The main street, next to the rental was in the evening and in the morning noisy. Also, you can feel and here sometimes the metro. (subway) The other rentals in the house are very quiet. We arrived late in the evening and our departure was early in the afternoon. This was not a problem for Jason. We can leave our luggage in the rental. Jason was excellent and very helpful, thanks again! We can recommend this rental to everybody!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We couldn't have found a better location to spend our 3 nights/4 days in Queens, NY. Jason met us at the intersection of Broadway and took us for a grand tour of Queens before his next appt! We didn't expect such personal service. Thanks Jason! You have gone above board to make our stay feel right at home. After experiencing overnite in cramped quarters in Manhattan we decided to stay in Queens since we've never been there before. And, to our surprise Jason's place was spacious not only by NYC standard. Furnishing was simple but clean and neat. The unit facing street can get noisy at night. But, after 10pm it quiets down. It is after all a working class neighborhood. No loud noises since there are no bars or touristy stuff around. We love the Latino Asian neighborhood. Found some good food for less $ and pick the authentic ones where locals hang out. The subway trains E and 7 (more but we didn't take) were all air conditioned. Nice. So, we can hop on and get to Manhattan, Flushing, and JFK in no time. We love the convenience. Subway stop is only 1 block away where all trains stop (local as well as express). We did experience an outage of the cable provider. Was out of wifi for half a day. But, Jason was right on top of the problem. It's not his fault. But, he feels responsible. Hey, Jason you are the best. Thanks for taking care of us. We shall be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The place looks exactly like the pics that are posted online, very nice, clean and well maintained. Jason provided an exceptionally good customer service. He showed us around the neighborhood and was always available for questions. He even insisted on bringing us extra water when we ran out of it. Jason is that dude! ;-) I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to check out NY. The subway station is right around the corner and you only have to travel 20 mins to get to times square. Special thanks to Jason, who made this stay so much better!Did you find this review helpful? My friends and I had a wonderul time at this property in Queens. It is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is very close to a major subway stop that takes you right into Manhattan. Jason, the owner, was extremely accomodating and responsive. He provides all the comforts of home including shampoo, conditioner, bottled water, etc. Jason also went above and beyond his duties allowing my friends and I to store our luggage at his office after we checked out. We wouldn't have received this five star treatment at any of the expensive hotels in Manhattan. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return,Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I stayed at this property for 9 nights, and it was ideal. The location and photos were completely as described. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and Jason was very helpful with our questions about the area. The apartment was super clean, and quiet. It is located in the heart of an ethnically diverse neighborhood, and at no time did we feel unsafe, even when returning later in the evening after a Broadway play in Manhattan. He suggested a nearby Thai restaurant (Spicy Shallot) for our first dinner, and we enjoyed the food so much, we went back there on our last night as well. We also bought fresh fruit at the nearby Asian market, and he told us where to find a deli for cold cuts and cheese. There also was a bakery across the street from the Asian market. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and Manhattan was about 15 minutes by train. We certainly got value out of our Metro card. We went to a Mets game our last day in New York, and were able to take the metro directly to Citi Field from the same metro station. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to save some money by staying in Queens.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This apartment in Queens perfectly fits to any user who wants to know NYC. Excellent facilities, complete with all equipment working and serving well. Sleeps very comfortably in its large beds, TV with over 100 channels, computer and Internet to plan trips or making reservations. You walk and back to a place that makes it seem like home, with air conditioned to mitigate the heat (and, of course, cold in the season than we were). It is close to several subway lines in station less than a block. Safe, because it has port community with access surveillance cameras. There are several supermarkets nearby, one of these, make deliveries of tax-free purchases. The support of your manager is excellent.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
