THE INTERIOR
Lower Level

Hard wood floored foyer with walls graced by various paintings and artwork welcome all guests through the main entrance. Several other pieces of art are displayed throughout the home.

Immediately to your right is the ‘behind closed doors’ common entertainment room with his 42 inch flat screen TV, CD player and VCR. The cozy black leather sofa and 2 leather arm chairs easily encourage those who enjoy this room to have a very relaxing experience while watching any of the over 100 cable channels or simply listening to an array of beautiful music. This room could easily serve as a 5th private bedroom with the use of an air mattress or one of the stored twin mattresses for it has the added bonus of inside access to the only full guest bathroom on the lower level. This bathroom also has a common access door off of the hallway leading to the kitchen.

Immediately to your left rests the formal living room with his rich chocolate higher back Italian leather sitting chairs joined by a delightfully comfortably cushioned leather sofa with charming conservative accents. A quilted tapestry ottoman centers this room. Continuing to stroll through the formal living room leads to the formal dining room. Classically elegant in its décor with a clawed solid wood dining table and 6 vanilla fabric cushioned chairs with trim etchings. The formal dining room connects to the very contemporary kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, double door refrigerator, a flat top range with hovering microwave and a self-cleaning oven. Various kitchen appliances and cooking utensils are readily available as well. Just beyond the overlooking kitchen counter rests a bay window breakfast area with seating for 4. From here, Carefully step down into a recessed family room with a ceiling fan which provides ample leather seating in front of a marble gas operated fireplace. This area is secretly accessible to and from the master suite via a discreet carpeted stairway. The family room is also the segway to the well manicure rear lawn which includes a state of the art gas grill settled on the finished patio with cozy seating to enjoy friends and family while the children romp on the spacious lawn or bask in a little stargazing on a clear night.

Upper Level

Turning in for the night??
Ma Mignone invites her guests to settle peacefully into her upstairs bedrooms, Paie, Amour, Heurux and Joie (Peace, Love, Joy and Happiness).

Paie, the master bedroom suite, is the queen of the house with her regally decorated, overindulged with pillows king sized bed. Her generous square footage extends from the front to the rear of the house with window views of the front, rear and driveway areas. Showcasing a luxury leather sitting/reading area in addition to a yummy chenille textured chaise lounge with a clear view of the 47inch flat screened HD TV overflowing with a plethora of cable channels. Wind down even more while soaking in her private bathroom complete with a jetted Jacuzzi tub for two and utilize her oversized master closet as a meditation room.

Amour also hails a hoisted king sized bed. Her view of the rear lawn and forest of trees is the added touch along with an inside of the room access door to the shared full bathroom on the upper level.

Heureux embraces the morning sun as she faces the front of Ma Mignone through her double draperied windows onto her heavenly queen sized bed. Melt into the soft Lazy-boy leather to take an afternoon nap or catch up on that unfinished novel.

Joie too says good morning to the radiant sun from her front facing windows. She also houses the hydraulic training equipment and the internet accessible personal computer with printer.
