  We had three generations for a graduation weekend. From the oldest to the youngest everyone enjoyed the house and the accomodations. The drive up the winding canyon road was well-worth the effort for the spectacular view and the beautiful house that accentuates the best of the California lifestyle. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the sauna and the ability to open the rooms to the outside via the overhead doors and mulitiple french doors. It worked out wonderfully for our stay and we highly recommend both the location and the house.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  A group of 10 of us rented this house for a girls' getaway weekend and had a fabulous time. PJ and Claudie were very accomodating and accessible, and made sure we had everything that we needed and that our stay went smoothly. The 10 of us fit comfortably, and the house was well equipped. We enjoyed opening the glass doors surrounding the dining table and essentially eating outdoors, and lounging on the large deck in the sun over looking the ocean. The ocean views are spectatcular. The house feels very remote but it was only a 15 minute ride to Zuma beach and a 25/30 minute drive into Santa Monica. We very much enjoyed our time in Malibu and are looking forward to when we can return.

  A weekend to Maison de Malibu was our Christmas gift to our family. It was amazing & perfect for the 10 of us. The drive up the hill was like entering another peaceful world. Having bathrooms & outdoor exits for each room was heavenly. The architecture & interior design exquisite. Views? Spectacular. The indoor/outdoor breakfast nook was one of our favorite rooms. I felt like a bunny, hopping between the sauna, steam room & jacuzzi pool. They were very accommodating with our check-in time & the process was easy & seamless. We are now planning a trip back with a group of friends! Can't wait....

  Incredible sea views from every floor. The owner is very welcoming and flexible. A great place to relax or to have a private party. Difficult to imagine how anyone could fail to enjoy staying in this unique house

  Venant du froid Canadien, j'ai adoré prendre le soleil sur les terrasses en regardant la mer. Et oui, Janvier à Malibu peut être agréable spécialement à La Maison De Malibu qui nous a tous enchantés! Il y a un spa complet avec sauna, hamman et douche à jets, jacuzzi à l'extérieur pour les coucher de soleil. C'est une maison très colorée qui donne une ambiance de bien être et nous avons apprécié le décor original. Nous sommes tous prêts a revenir cet été!

  I came to Malibu with my family and friends for Chinese Spring Festival. Thanks to the wonderful location of property we can look out the Pacific, sun rise and enjoy California sunshine, all of which is more than our imagination. Appreciated Ms.Claudia and Mr.P.J, you're so nice. Your kindly arrangement make our Los Angeles trip unforgettable. My daughter told me she don't want to go back Shanghai as it's really fantastic place.

  The home was perfect for our 4 generation reunion. The home and property contain so many wonderful features that made our stay, and the experience of our guests, just wonderful. The setting of the home is just spectacular, something to be experienced. Our host Claudie is charming and very interested in making the entire experience very pleasant, and very special. In addition PJ, the property manager, was extremely attentive and very interested in making sure everything was perfect, which it was.

  staying at this home was awesome. the grounds are gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. it was a really easy process renting it and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Malibu.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Maison De Malibu. The property was beautifully landscaped with many indigineous plants and flowers. The mountain perch afforded a wonderful scenic view of the ocean. I found the home to have many unique, creative characteristics and to be conducive to a restful stay with the added amenities of sauna, outdoor jacuzzi. The wonderful large master bedroom had a panoramic view. All in all the attention to detail in all aspects allowed for a great stay. Merci!

  The Maison de Malibu was almost a perfect place for our extended family to get together for Thanksgiving -- we had children coming from as far away as Boston and New York. Comfortable, elegant, modernist, flooded with light, breathtaking views on the Pacific Ocean, sometime clear, sometime with fog (which did not reach as far as the house). The owner was friendly and responsive. The house's location close to Santa Monica (where our daughter lives) and downtown Malibu is very convenient. Highly recommended.
