This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located in the Capri building which is 1 of only 2 Minorca buildings with direct ocean front.
The condo includes a large eat in kitchen, top of the line appliances, utensils, dishware, pots and pans, coffee maker and ice cream maker. The kitchen, living and dining space all have glorious ocean views and open up to a large patio where you will spot gogher tortoises and pods of dolphins as you sip your morning coffee.
There are 2 bikes for your use. We suggest long rides on the beach, either south to Canaveral National Seashore or north New Smyrna Park. If you prefer walking, New Smyna Beach Park includes a raised boardwalk suitable observing turtles and other wildlife in the dunes preserves as you exercise.
There unit inlcudes a large adjactent storage closet filled with all items needed to enjoy the beach; chairs, a bocce set, boogie boards, sand toys, fishing rods, nets, umbrellas, etc.
The Minorca Club amenities are just a minute's walk out your condo and include 4 cinder tennis courts, a club house with pool table, a well equipped fitness center, his and her saunas, heated pool and jacuzzi.
If your prefer a little more privacy, another private pool, louge areas and heated jacuzzi are just out your door of the Capri building, nestled within spectacular landscaping. The beach is 150 ft. walk through the beautiful natural dunes adjacent to the Capri building.
Minorca has 24 hour gated security and an access system in the condo lobby provides entrance for your guests remotely from your condo. Covered garage parking and outside parking are provided.
By car Minorca is about a one and half from the theme parks, an hour and fifteen minute from Orlando International Airport, half hour from Daytona iInternational Airport and thirty minutes from Daytona International Speedway.
New Smyrna Beach is filled with numerous fun things to do. Some examples are shopping (and wine walk) on Flagler Ave., antiquing on Canal St., strolling though the Saturday morning farmers' market, enjoying shows at the New Smyrna beach playhouse, kayaking on the inter coastal ( where you will see manatees up close!), and fishing and crabbing at Minorca's private dock on the river.

Why the Owner Chose Minorca:
Our family vacationed in New Smyrna for many years. Our boys learned to surf there. Because of the close proximity to the Inlet we decided to buy in Minorca so they would be able to wake up, look out the patio and check the surf.

What we love most about our condo is how much we relax when we are there. The week goes by much faster when we
know we are headed to the beach for the weekend. Our children also enjoy visiting as often as they can bringing there friends with them.
