WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
The best part of a beach vacation, besides playing in the sand and surf, is enjoying the view of it when you can't be in it! You'll enjoy that view from our over-sized, private balcony. We have seating for alfresco meals on the balcony, tile throughout the condo, family-friendly, beachy furnishings, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The resort amenities at Saida include multiple pools and hot tubs, poolside drink and snack palapas, tennis courts, and direct beach access with rinse station. The tropical grounds offer a couple of spots to lay out and read a book, too! We truly hope you'll enjoy your visit to South Padre Island and your stay in our vacation home.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
