Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.
To get to the Beach House II unit 303 from our office, make a right on Padre Blvd. and head north to the intersection of Bahama St. & Gulf Blvd. turn right onto Bahama St. and go to the end of the block where Bahama St. ends at Gulf Blvd. The Beach House II entrance gate is at 3400 Gulf Blvd, enter the gate code that you were given at check-in, building II will on to the left hand side, enter the parking area and park in any open unmarked space.
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Calibri>Once you have entered Beach House Condominiums grounds, <FONT color=#0000ff><STRONG>proceed to the onsite managers’</STRONG> office</FONT> which is by the pool area in Tower III to pick up parking permit <STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff>(one permit per condominium rented).</FONT></STRONG><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>If manager is not there, use the sign in sheet to leave your unit number and vehicle information and he will take parking permit to you when he gets back.</FONT></P>
