The Villa at the Beach is a 5,000sq ft. luxury home-away-from-home offering our guests the experience of majestic ocean views and sunsets from the comfort of their own private deck (please check minimum night stay requirements before sending requests).
The Villa sleeps up to 26 comfortably (30 max), and features a spacious kitchen, wet bar, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, two electric fireplaces, 6 LCD TVs, granite counter tops and a Western Red Cedar Finlandia Sauna.
The main floor family room, which has a 140 degree window view overlooking the ocean, is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy Lincoln City’s treasures. The second floor dining room and conference space is ideal for larger gatherings and can accommodate 26 guests. If you are looking for a more intimate dinner setting, you have the option of using the 8 person main floor dining room.

By utilizing the entertainment room, guests can enjoy an evening in with friends and family. The space is equipped with a 47” LCD TV and a ping pong table. For those that enjoy a competitive game of 8-ball or just a friendly game of pool, our 8' Olhausen billiards table will not disappoint.
Parking is limited to the driveway(5), the parking strip directly behind the property(4), and the graveled parking strip across from the driveway(6). These combined parking areas should accommodate up to 15 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. If you need more parking, there is an overflow parking lot on Logan Road just south of Liberty Inn owned by Chinook Winds Hotel and Casino in which you can park. This is about a 10 minute walk from the front door.
Aside from being conveniently located near the beach and Chinook Winds, you're also closer to Spirit Mountain than in any other part of Lincoln City, which also boasts some of the area's best adult gambling experience and dinning. Lincoln City also offers more to do than any other Oregon Coastal City with the largest Factory Outlet Mall, Specialty Shops, Antique Malls, Art Galleries, Devil's Lake for fishing, water skiing and boating, Chinook Winds Golf Course, and multiple seasonal events such as Kite Flying Contest, Sand Castle Contests, Community Pool (indoor pool) great for kids.

We loved this house. 16 of us came out to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The grommet cook friend was able to prepare excellent meals in the well appointed kitchen and serve them at a table large enough to seat us all. It was a fantastic home for our purpose. Words to describe this house: clean, spacious, inviting, comfortable, and beyond adequate. The beach is a short walk down the hill (although the website makes it appear to be right on the beach). Nothing to complain about!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Our stay at the Villa at the Beach was outstanding! The house accomodated our family for our WEDDING weekend and the owners were extremely helpful and catered to our needs. It is a beautiful, stylish home with plenty of space, a short walk to the beach and a gorgeous view of the ocean! The sauna was one of my favorite attractions. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it to any large group or family wanting a vacation all together. Thank you very much for letting us use your lovely home!!!!!! We had 25 people for a weekend work retreat and it was very comfortable staying at Villa at the Beach. Most of us drove from Portland, which is only 90 miles away and the Villa is very easy to find. The Villa was impeccably clean when we arrived - rooms, kitchen, conference meeting space - everything that we needed was there in the house. All of our participants enjoyed the amenities of the Villa when we were not meeting in the amazing conference room - we enjoyed the pool table, pingpong, sauna, lovely deck with a great view of the ocean. There's a grocery store that is only 5 minutes away, so if you forgot anything - not to worry , you can pick it up there - on foot or by car. The Villa is located within walking distance to the beach - which was perfect because the weather was great that weekend. We were able to enjoy the Casino, which is also within walking distance of the house. The owners are very easy to communicate with and made every effort to accomodate our needs - down to making sure there was appropriate connections to run a powerpoint presentation via the TV screen in the meeting room. If you're looking for a great place for your staff or family retreat - you will do yourself a favor in choosing to rent Villa at the Beach! We will certainly be coming back and referring many people and nonprofit organizations to rent this facility! You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent Villa at the Beach!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The house was clean, modern and comfortable. With several bathrooms in-suite it afforded a nice level of privacy not typical for rentals. Having four gathering spaces allowed for several different types of activities to be taking place at once. We had ping pong, pool, cards, karaoke and movie watching happening all at once without interrupting each other. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular and our group spent a lot of time socializing on the deck in the sun. In addition to a beautiful property, you can't beat the location. It's about a block away from the beach at an easy public access point. You can also walk to the casino either along the beach or on the street in about 12 minutes.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
