This immaculate and upscale three bedroom two-story 1950 sq ft townhome has plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. If you like to cook, the well outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances has all the space you will need to prepare your favorite dish. Restaurants suiting every taste are a short drive away for those days you wish to dine out. The home has all new upscale decor in a Florida theme with ceramic tile throughout the downstairs area and soft carpeting in the bedrooms. The dining area has seating for 6 and the great room has a 40 inch flatscreen with blue ray DVD, cable and access to Netflix. Wireless high speed is also available.
The master suite has a soaker tub, separate tiled shower, and two large walk in closets. A full size washer and dryer is located just outside the master suite for your convenience. Our vacation at this townhome exceeded all expectations. We have vacationed in Fort Myers for approximately 20 years, and this unit was, by far, the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The furnishings were all brand new and of high quality; we could tell that some serious thought had gone into equipping this place. The living room and all three bedrooms each had a TV. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc. The owners even had bikes (3), beach towels and chairs available for their guests' use. The location within Sail Harbour was ideal--right on the lake opposite the hospital. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching the birds and just absorbing the tranquil setting. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and we had hoped to rent again from them in 2013, but, alas, the unit had already been rented for 3 months by another couple. We heartily recommend this unit for your consideration; you won't be disappointed (but we will, if you rent it during a period that we're interested in).Recommended for: Age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean condo. The best bonus was the variety of birds on the lake just outside the lanai. We even saw a bald eagle carry off the large fish. As stated, this unit is nicely located to reach Sanibel as well as other beaches and attractions. The subdivision is quiet, but you need to go to a nearby park for walking trails and tennis courts. We highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I spent a few weeks at this townhome in June and even though the weather was warm, the experience was wonderful. The pool in the complex is a short walk away, the beaches were fabulous, and only a few miles from the condo, and the condo itself was immaculate. I was a little apprehensive about renting a place...not sure if the home would have everything I needed, but I was amazed that anything I went to look for was there. There were even beach towels! I would highly recommend this home for a vacation get away. Thank you Jill and Peter for ensuring a fabulous vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

As the first to visit this beautiful home we found it ideal and more than we could have hoped for. The furnishings are all brand new and quite lovely; the home was immaculate. The lanai was relaxing and tranquil with views of the lake. We loved being on the water. The kitchen is fully appointed and enjoyable to cook in! We visited Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island with only a 15 minute drive. There are restaurants of every variety also within minutes. The entrance to the community is gated which made us feel more secure. The community grounds were beautifully kept as well. We look forward to visiting again this Winter.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Jill and I are retired and live in Whitby Ontario Canada, a town of 125,000 just east of Toronto. Jill was assistant to her father, in his business, I retired from a North America food company as Customer Service and Credit Manager for Canada.
Why the Owner Chose Sail Harbour:
We were introduced to Sail Harbour by close friends and having visited the last 3 years felt that this was a great community to have a dedicated vacation home. The access to beaches, shopping and the climate just won us over.
