Smoke-free home features a luxurious, newly remodeled master suite, a bathroom attached to every bedroom, a large crystal-clear pool, a sunken hot tub, a koi pond with a lovely water fall, an indoor grill, a complete home gym with treadmill, elliptical, ab-machine, dumbbells and mini-universal, and a park-like backyard.
And now, if you want to spice up your stay even more, we can provide a private in-house chef to make a gourmet meal or give cooking lessons for you and your guests. We also offer a private masseuse to come to your home and provide a soothing massage. See 'Other Amenities' section below for more information.
Master suite features large, master bedroom with king size bed (that sleeps 2), Brazilian Walnut floors and flat-screen TV with sliding glass doors leading out to the park-like backyard. Bedroom is separated by a glass wall from a beautiful, tiled bathroom featuring a standalone tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and large, open, walk-in closet.
Second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk, dresser in closet and lots of board games, and also features a newly renovated bathroom with glass-enclosed shower/tub and new vanity and new tile everywhere.
Third bedroom features a queen size bed, desk, dresser in closet, walnut floors, and a walk-in shower with new tile.
Fourth bedroom features a king size bed, separate entrance, sliding doors facing park-like back-yard, dresser in closet, desk and bathroom with large jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
The futon sofa in TV room folds down to make a very comfortable full size bed and there are also two high-quality inflatable sleeper that sleeps up to 4 more, as well as a Pack-n-Play crib for an infant.
Living room, dining room and kitchen all face out to park-like backyard. Living room features gas-fired fire place and TV, desk, printer; kitchen features skylight and built-in indoor grill, all kitchen appliances you would ever want.

Pricing for this property for stays of three weeks or less is as follows (for stays greater than three weeks, please contact us for discounts).
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR DEC 19-JAN 4: MINIMUM 7 DAYS, $350 A NIGHT FOR UP TO 10 ($10 more per/per per/night over 10) PEOPLE + TAX + $150 CLEANING + $49 PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE.
MINIMUM STAY AT ANY TIME IS 4 DAYS: Prime Season: $300 per night for ten people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond ten people. (So, for example, twelve people would be $300 per night for the first ten people, then $10 per night for the next two people, or $20 per night more for the additional two people. $300 + $20 = $320 per night for twelve people.) Christmas/News Years time $350 a night (up to 10 people)
Off Season: $250 per night for four people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond ten people. (So, for example, twelve people would be $250 per night for the first ten people, then $10 per night for the next two people, or $20 per night more for the additional two people. $250 + $20 = $270 per night for twelve people.)
Additional charges on ALL stays:
Cleaning fees…there is a mandatory $150 cleaning fee at the end of your stay, regardless of how long you stay. Additionally, if you stay longer than ten days, then on every 7th day of your stay there is a mandatory $75 light cleaning fee.
Taxes… all stays of 30 days or less incur a 14% Los Angeles City tax on rent and cleaning fees.
Please note three very important things about this property BEFORE YOU BOOK IT:
First, this is a quiet community, and all tenants in or on this property will have to contractually agree to not disturb any neighbors with noise, partying, sports or any other loud or commotion-causing activities. If you intend to make noise or party, this is not the right house for you.
Second, this is an entirely non-smoking property. No smoking or burning of candles or incense in the house, on the decks, on the driveway, in the garage, in the pool area or anywhere on the property grounds.
Third, the Primary Renter has to be 26 years old or greater.
