We had a wonderful experience. Our niece was getting married so we needed a place for the weekend. So nice that this owner allows weekend rentals. The mattresses were very comfortable. It was excellent having so many bathrooms since we all had to prepare to go to a wedding. The wifi worked great. Beautiful kitchen and sitting rooms. If I need to rent a home in Delaware, I would definitely go here again. The owner was so easy to work with. She responded to my emails very quickly.Did you find this review helpful? The home was very nice, just like the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Close to outlets, downtown, restaurants, and the beach. I have rented many vacation home and this is one of best.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Just returned from a week in this house with my extended family - 10 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and new - just as pictured - and well equipped. It's walking distance to the beach and town, and has two parking passes so you can opt to drive as well. The living room is spacious, as are the bedrooms (three with their own baths), and the screened porch gave us a nice spillover area to hang out in. The owner is also very gracious and helpful. We will definitely be looking to rent this house again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

The house was set up great. It was very clean and the location was walking distance from the main street with restaurants and shopping. All the bedrooms were really nice and roomy and we loved how 3 of the rooms had their own bath. The kitchen area and the tv room was our favorite part of the house. We are looking forward to renting the house again sometime in the summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
