Beautiful home overlooking the ninth fairway of The Currituck Club golf course. The Currituck Club is a private, gated community where guests enjoy full-service golf club amenities including discounted golf, community pools, tennis and fitness center.

Fore Seasons is located just around the corner from the main clubhouse, tennis, swimming pool and fitness center. The new Harris Teeter grocery store is only a 5 minute walk away. Other club amenities include a Pro Shop and dining facility, ping pong, billiards, PlayStation II, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball and much more. Walk or ride the trolley to the beach where you will find a snack bar, rental station, and valet service to assist you.

Fore Seasons features four bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, a private pool (14' by 32'), hot tub, sun decks, and is fully-landscaped. The reverse floor plan has the family room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and sitting/reading room with high-speed cable internet access on the upper level, as well as wireless internet available thoughout the home. Family room has TV/VCR/DVD and stereo with a CD player. Mid-level has two queen master bedrooms.

The lower level has one queen bedroom with full bathroom, washer and dryer, fourth bedroom with full bathroom, and full-size game room with one queen sleeper sofa, TV/VCR, Nintendo, bumper pool, Foosball table, video library, games, books, and puzzles.

Extra amenities in the home include wireless and high-speed cable internet (please bring your own laptop), a high chair, port-a-crib, ceiling fans, beach chairs, four bicycles, pool toys, badminton, kites, boogie boards, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and deck furniture. Sorry, no pets allowed.
