  Please believe me, this unit was everything and more as advertised. The condo had all of the amenities of home, all we had to do is buy some food and we were home. The views, the breeze the private beach, pool and hot tub was like paradise. I will do this one again. I joined my friends at this resort coming from the Ritz Carlton in Naples. I must admit, this condo compares equally to the Ritz.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We spent two weeks at this wonderful condo. The pictures are accurate- it is truly a beautifully-updated unit. Here are some things that are not as apparent in the pictures, but contributed to our enjoyment: - The building sits about 30 feet from water's edge. Looking through the screened balcony makes it seem almost like you are hovering over the water. It is stunning. The living room faces west, so you get spectacular sunset views. - The Sanibel Harbour resort is meticulously-maintained and beautifully landscaped. Driving into the resort is a special experience. It feels like you are entering a tropical paradise. - Initially, we were not sure if we wanted to stay off of Sanibel Island, but learned that Sanibel Harbour positioned us to easily access destinations in Fort Myers AND Sanibel/Captiva. Sanibel Harbour sits just at the entrance to the Sanibel causeway. - We've decided Sanibel Harbour is our go-to destination for future visits to Southwest Florida. Patty has created a special place to visit, providing extras like beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler. You don't find many rental units that are as nicely done as this one.

  My family loved everything about this condo! The lanai was a perfect place for our family of five to eat dinner while watching for dolphins as the sun set. I liked how simply & elegantly it was decorated with plenty of space, as well as baskets, in which to put our belongings. It was nice to have our own private beach an elevator ride away without having to pack up three kids and all their belongings to go to the beach. When we did want a larger beach, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach were just a short car ride away. It was also conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. We hope to return soon!

  This unit is attractively decorated, extremely well equipped and maintained and very well situated on the ocean in a safe and comfortable complex. The staff in this building were outstanding in their willingness and effectiveness in helping with our questions and the service that we needed . The photos were totally reflective of the appearance and the floor plan of this unit. In my E Mail exchange with the owner she was most helpful, including recommending the rental office so that we could extend our stay and then checking back with me to see if I had been able to make additional arrangements. I certainly would recommend this unit with out reservation.

  We had such an amazing vacation, we could have stayed forever. Fishing, swimming, amazing sunsets, dolphin watching, private beach and great seafood everywhere we picked to eat. My kids (15 & 12) had a blast exploring the surroundings, they were on a man hunt trying to find the Marriott's 3rd pool. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious with beautiful views. I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the patio. My 15 yr old son, who normally sleeps in late, would get up and join me for dolphin watching each monring, such a peaceful place. We ate at Gramma Dots and The Timbers on Sanibel Island-both yummy! We also celebrated my husbands 51st birthday while we were there - A GREAT TIME had by my family and a big THANK YOU for sharing your condo. We cannot wait to return!

  This condo couldn't have been more perfect for just the two of us and there was an extra bedroom and extra bathroom. We cannot wait to come back with another couple or just more friends! Our view was perfect, from our balcony all I could see was the beach, water, islands in the distance, and a gorgeous pier down the way where dolphins played daily! Oh and millions of boats passing through, such a beautiful sight! Everything was accurate on her description, clean, newly renovated, elegant and quiet! The owner stayed in contact before we arrived, while we were there, making sure we had everything we needed and wished us a great departure as well. There was so much to do on the island, from shelling to catching the waves or just chilling on the beach. Our weather was less than perfect the first couple days but it was still so beautiful even when the sun wasn't shining. A great place to be and stay and we can't wait to come back! Stop looking and rent this place, you won't want to leave!

  The unit was beautiful and very well stocked with towels, kitchenware, and many other personal items to make our stay wonderful. The view from the lanai was very nice. Sunsets were gorgeous and enjoyed the many boats and occasional dolphins going by. Our only disappointments were the common areas. The beach was not well maintained during our stay - a lot of seaweed which was touched only twice during our 10 day visit and then only partially picked up by a worker who obviously would have rather being doing something else - no raking. Also disappointed that the pool and hot tub closed at dusk. Apparently not due to safety concerns since there were a number of unaccompanied 6 year olds in the pool during the day. .

  We really enjoyed staying here, the condo was decorated beautifully, we had a wonderful view, everything was extrememly clean when we arrived. Patti answered all of our questions and was quick to reply and make sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely be back.   This was a perfect place to spend several days with our son, daughter-in-law and their 8 month old daughter. it was so easy to book with Sanibel Harbour Resort and we had absolutely everything we could have needed while we were there. They were even able to provide us with a crib and child seat! The view was gorgeous off the back porch and the sound of the waves was relaxing. We could see dolphin every day, which was so much fun and loved watching the different boats go by. The pools there were clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

  The views were great! The sunsets were awesome. We seen manatees swim right up to the beach. the condo had everything we needed and more. Our teens loved the fitness center and the fishing. We hope to stay again in the future.

  Wonderful place to stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. Patti made everything so easy. The weather was wonderful all month long! Since we like fresh air, fans might be nice, dont like to use air if we dont have to, otherwise, perfect :-) Thank you Patti, we hate to leave the sun and the waves, we spent countless hrs on the lanaii enjoying the scenery. Everything was wonderful.

  PATTI WE BOTH ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED OURSELVES!!!!! YOUR CONDO IS GORGEOUS, YOUR CLEANING STAFF DOES IMMACULATE WORK, THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. I AM SO GLAD THAT THE MARRIOT WAS BOOKED OR ELSE WE WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT WE COULD HAVE BETTER ACCOMODATIONS RIGHT NEXT DOOR. WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE, AS A MATTER OF FACT WE WANTED TO BOOK FOR NEXT YEAR. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A FISHING POLE AND FISHED EVERY DAY OFF THE LITTLE PIER, I ENJOYED THE POOL AND THE BEACH, AND OF COURSE JUST THE SUNSHINE.

  We recently stayed at this condo and found it to be everything that we wanted. The condo is furnished beautifully, as the photos indicate, and stocked with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. We loved the location-close to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach! We loved watching the wonderful sunsets each night, after a day sitting on the private beach, or out shopping! We found the condo to be very well maintained, very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and anyone considering a vacation in Southwest Florida. We are looking forward to returning and spending more time there in the future!

  I can't say enough good things about our condo #335 at the Sanibel Harbour Towers. The condo is just beautifully decorated and everything is there you could want or need. The view will woo you the minute you walk in to the condo and you know you are on vacation. Sitting out on the lani and looking at the ocean and the soft echos of boats passing by. We saw a dozen or so dolphins about 100 feet off the beach following a tour boat and we just loved that.Bring your binouculars!!We booked a "Airboat Tour" of the Everyglades which picks you up next door and brings you to the boat and we stopped at a Orange Grove & picked oranges, geat! We made 3 trips over the causeway when you come out of the condo parking lot. It's a beautiful 3 minute ride over to Sanibel, bring your camera. You have to shop on Periwinkle Way the shops are outstanding, one of my favorites "Fresh Produce" pricey but outstanding clothing. We had lunch at the "Green Grill" and I had the best "Grouper Pannini" sandwich I have ever had. My family loved everything they ordered as well. You drive all the way to Captiva at the end of Sanibel, it is just lovely and very quaint. Our favorite Beach was "Bowmen's Beach" and if you walk a good mile or so you will find the best shells and tons of them. You'll find a cooler and chairs in the guest room closet to bring with you to the beach. I also found these "Cordina" I think that's what the were, foil packets at the supermarket that you freeze and throw in the cooler and keep very well. We had Pina Colada, Strawberry Diquari and Margarita's, YUM! We hung out by the pool and Jacuzzi often and then went out to dinner. A must have is a "Cosmopolitan". Patrick makes the best I have ever had, my husband loved the "Manhattan"s" again, YUM! next door to the condo's, a two minute romantic walk over to "Charlie's Cabana Bar" beautiful and fun bar with a view. Tarpon next door for dinner, great filet mignon although I thought the merlot demi glaze was a jar of Hienz gravy"yuk", the steak excellent, get it plain with the best mashed potato's ever. Fort Meyers Beach about a 20 minute drive for some fun night life, we ate on the roof top at the something Whale?, very good. My daughter and I shopped at the Outlet's, 5 minutes from the condo,wonderful. I can not say enough about the Sanibel Harbour Towers Resort and Spa and condo#335 what a beauty!!!   We arrived at the condo early Christmas Eve. When we opened the door and stepped in, the view was breathtaking. The condo was very clean and we loved the decor. The first week the temps were in the upper 70's - 80's. They dropped a bit the following week, but much better than the temps in Pittsburgh! Our girls 16, 14, and 9 had such a great time. They loved walking to the resort to get ice cream and spending time on the beach and at the pool. I never heard "I'm bored!" or "I want to go home!". That says a lot! The sunset from Charlie's Cabana Bar was absolutely beautiful. We could sit at the Cove while watching our youngest swim and make friends at the pool. We took daily walks on the trail. Fort Myers Beach and the beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Island are not very far. Bowman's beach was our favorite. There are beach chairs, a beach bag, cooler, and sand bucket at the condo which came in handy! Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the dolphins below. Had fun cooking in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed dinner at the Courtside Steakhouse without the kids. Delicious! It was very difficult leaving this beautiful condo and we dream about returning soon! Thank you for the best Christmas vacation we could have asked for!

  Our time here was amazing! As I sit this morning one last time out on the lani, I watch the birds, hear the waves and see the pink sky brighten as the sun comes up.I am sorry to go home today. We had an outstanding vacation.

  We absolutely loved the condo! The owner and agent were great to work with. They answered every question and were very informative. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The only down side was that we hardly saw anyone on the private beach, but Ft. Myers beach is only about 15 minutes away and my teenagers loved it! Also, my kids loved the resort because they met a lot of kids their age and made many memories. Thank you so much for sharing your condo - it was truly a memorable vacation! Thank you, thank you! We hope to come back again.

  I especially enjoyed the amenities from the tennis courts to the spa . You could rent kayaks or take a sunset cruise. It offered fun for the whole family without even leaving the property. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condominium and the building was well maintained. They even groomed the beach? I found the communication with the owner to be pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and look forward to my return. I was thrilled to play tennis and indulge myself in spa services while my family was content to entertain themselves at the pool. A good time was had by all!
