  In a recent visit to Baltimore I stayed in Top Side for the first time, and was accompanied by two friends. We had no trouble finding the unit or making last minute arrangements for the use of the garage. The owner, John, was very helpful. There was a problem with the access code to the entry gate, but he came right over and resolved the issue. In the meantime he provided another code that worked to get us in the gate and access to the unit. Top Side is a charming and comfortable unit that my friends and I enjoyed. We have decided that on return trips to Baltimore, Top Side is the place to stay!

  The accommodations were just as described and super clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything you would want to cook a meal but the neighbor hood had plenty to offer in food! The market down the street is very convenient for organics. You can also catch the free charm city bus to get to the Inner harbor quicker on a cold day! The owner was very helpful and accommodating for a variety of questions! would highly recommend!!

  I stayed at the Top Side apartment for a month, and loved every minute there. The apartment was clean, very nice, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay! The pictures don't do it's charm justice. It's updates are gorgeous and the furnishings cozy. The location was wonderful, too! Fells Point is an amazing part of Baltimore, with tons of history and things to do-- from great boutique shops to unique restaurants and bars. I felt safe in the apartment, and if I ever needed anything the owner was a text or a call away-- super responsive to any questions or requests I had. If I'm ever back in Baltimore, I hope they have availability!

  Wonderful location. We were able to walk to the Harbor and Little Italy. Loved living the city life for a few days. The bar downstairs was great and very convenient. Only draw backs were the stairs if you have knee problems and the traffic noise at night if your not used to it. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early but definetly would stay again

  Loved this place! My wife & I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here. I used to live here & wanted to show her around. Very centrally located, could walk to most places or utilize the charm city circulator which has a stop only 3 blocks away & is 100% free and clean. Inside was decorated with a mix of modern/eclectic/antique. Stairs are very steep from entrance on ground level to main area on second floor, so an elderly couple may have difficulty carrying luggage in (but this is typical for Bmore row homes). Den was roomy, dining room area, kitchen with a washer/dryer stackable (which was great since we stayed for a week), & half bath (which was great so you didnt have to go to 3rd level to use bathroom every time). Bedroom with queen & plenty of storage & full bath on 3rd level. Had to wash the bed linens upon arrival due to many hairs being found in it. Owner was very nice and helpful. Also, very apologetic for bed linens (but I do realize that it is not the owner but hired help who cleans the place for visitors). Would definitely stay here again. Great for a romantic get away.

  My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to explore Baltimore and Fells Point. The apartment is nice, the description is accurate (be ready for steep stairs!) and the location is great for exploring and getting around. Some considerations when renting here: I would not try to park a car nearby, as the city neighborhood makes this very challenging (we came in on the Amtrak and a cab was about $15 from the station with tip). Also, the street noise is loud. We had no problem with the bar below, but cars, trucks and emergency vehicles will get your attention as you're trying to sleep. The property manager and owner could not be nicer and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good one.

  Great location to walk to many attractions in the Baltimore area. Parking in the evening and on weekends is a nightmare. Plan to walk 6-8 blocks from your rental. Not a bad area to walk in, just tough to find parking close by unless you are lucky :). Owner was very helpful.

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was charming and the location was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It felt like we were staying in our own place rather then a hotel. The owner and management of the building were super easy to work with, and we would definitely stay here again.

  This rental is close to everything you could possibly need, you can walk to waterfront, grocery and all the restaurants and bars you could possibly want. The owners are very accommodating, looking forward to next booking.

  Owner response: Location, Location, Location! At Fells Point apartments are two blocks from the intersection of Thames and Broadway marking the center point of Fells Point. This is a historic neighborhood adjoining, Harbor East, the Inner Harbor and Canton. Many guests enjoy Peter's restaurant which is around the corner on Ann St. This local spot seats about 20 and typically has three dishes on the chalkboard menu.
