Les Brisants is very beautiful, with absolute water views, privacy and a sunny infinity pool. It is as it looks on the website, beautifully decorated inside, a fabulous bathroom area, and with a very comfortable bed with top quality sheets, a nice touch in a villa stay. We have been to St Barth a few times before staying in St Jean, so we enjoyed the privacy and space of a whole villa to ourselves. We loved relaxing by the pool area, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep each night. You can walk to the Payot spa at the Manapany resort in Anse de Cayes, and for all the things you may need, nothing is more than a short drive away. Gustavia for high end shopping and nightlife, or take a sundowner and swim at the beautiful Shell beach. Nikki Beach, La Plage bar and Eden Rock at St Jean are easily accessible, while Flamands and Colombier are also an easy drive, making this one of the best spots on the island. The manager was of great assistance to us welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed. The maid came everyday as arranged and was a delight. There is even a piano to enjoy and you can use the espresso machine to make a cappuccino each morning. We hope to return to Les Brisants as soon as possible, thank you Francois.

And yes, the Villa les Brisants is extremely central to the island of St Bart, although it is so totally private and secluded.

The owner needs to charge more for this ON THE WATER "with-out-a-fault" house (I never thought I would say that). I was stunned as we opened the front door. The owner needs to re-do the pictures on the sight as they do not do it ANY justice...... We will be back!!!!!!

I was on vacation in St-Barth a couple of time already and I love the feeling of this island, but this was the first time I found a house right by the sea. My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to stay. The villa was really secluded. At night, the only sound we heard was the rolling waves. The pictures are accurate, and up to date. There is no trick with the angle of the camera to hide a road or house. There really is nothing between the house and the seaside. When I was swimming in the pool I just had to turn my head sideways to see the sea spanning the horizon. Having the pool, terrace and seaside all for ourselves really made staying in this house a unique experience.
Owner response:Yes, this review just points to what makes this home so exclusive, and this is why we decided to buy it and offer it on short terms rentals. The villa is quiet by day and by night, and offers the feeling that a lover of the sea decided on the architecture (in fact the architect is a sailor) : all vistas are thought as adding joy to the sojorn in these walls and on that terrace with the pool. Thanks for noticing it!
