FRANGISTA ENCORE – (this is the name of the home when you call in)
Stunning 4 bedroom 5.5 bath Destin vacation rental! Found on the East end of Destin (Miramar Beach) in the gulf front community of Frangista Beach. This home features 3 private levels of beach front luxury! Each level has a balcony overlooking the sugar white sands and crystal clear waters the emerald coast has become famous for. The ground level balcony even has a private splash pool that is just perfect for the little ones! You will also have access to the Frangista Beach community pool located one block north on Los Angeles street, just a two minute walk from your front door! The first floor also features one of two living rooms – this one has two sleeper sofas, a massive flat screen TV, wet bar and a full bath. This living room can easily be used as an additional bedroom but is not advertised as such.
The 2nd floor is the main level of the home with the 2nd living room, full kitchen and dining room – all three areas have amazing gulf views and a balcony spanning the entire length of the home! You will also find your laundry facility on this level along with a king suite with a bonus queen sleeper sofa.
The 3rd level is consists of three bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms. On the north end you will find a queen bedroom and a bunk room. The south end contains a gorgeous master suite with its own private balcony and spectacular views. There is a bonus bunk nook just outside the master bedroom door.
The home has parking for 4 and receives complimentary beach service during the spring, summer and early fall.
The surrounding area provides much to see and do! Talk to the beach service vendor if you would like to rent jet skis, surf boards, bikes or sea kayaks. Those same guys will also help if you’d like to go parasailing or snorkeling as well!
Frangista Encore is a mere 3 minute drive from the silver sands factory outlet mall for all the shopping and restaurants one could ever desire. If you are looking for a local spot check out the Whales Tail Tiki bar or Pompano Joes for casual gulf front dining – both are within walking distance of this home!
