My husband & I brought our children and their families with us on vacation. This house was very nice to stay in...the elevator was really nice to transport food and the twins' two highchairs from the kitchen to the patio and lanai for meals. The only negative things were that when we arrived the master bedroom had a strong odor of urine. We called to let the agency know, but they didn't come over to clean the carpet or floor. We rolled the carpet up and stored it in the garage during our stay. And the pool heater was not working, When we called they sent the pool guy over right away. He couldn't fix it, so another guy came about an hour later and fixed it, which delayed our enjoyment of the pool by a couple days because it was too cold to swim in. We also had to have the elevator turned back on, but instead of calling us to let us know when they were coming, they just sent someone to enter the home with our valuables inside while we were out. Bring garbage bags and what travel friendly staples you can from home. There was 3 nuggets for the dw that were old and gross. We had to buy a lot of staple supplies that went to waste like dish soap, dw soap, garbage bags, baggies, coffee filters, paper towel, things we assumed would be there but weren't. I only mentioned the prior things to be honest about the home, but I'd stay here again. Those were small inconveniences because overall it was very nice!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
