The house was still being cleaned when we arrived at our 3:00 PM check in time. We were hoping for a cleaner home in light of the $200 cleaning fee we paid. The kitchen was very well supplied as well as plenty of towels and linens. The pool is unheated but our grandkids jumped in anyway. The owners bought a golf car for our use the last week we were there. The expansive east facing view of the golf course provided nice morning to midday sun from the very nice patio area. We love Pebble Creek with all its amenities. The owners were nice to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We stayed at this home for three months whileshopping for our own place here. It was well layed out and had everything needed for this length of stay. The owners were very easy to work with and I can think of NO reason to not rent it again in the future if needed. It is well worth the money compared to some others we looked at.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed at this home for the month of November and it was wonderful. Not only was the home itself perfect in every respect, the owners were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, making sure our every wish was in place and available. Pebble Creek is an outstanding resort community with first rate facilities.and super friendly staff. Activities and clubs of every description are available to satisfy anybody and the city of Phoenix is an easy 30 min drive while shopping and restaurants are abundant close by. The home is perfectly placed to enjoy all of it. I have already booked a return visit and hope to stay longer next year. Highly recommend this rental property and the resort of Pebble Creek. .Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

Our family absolutely loved this house! We took our family of 4, 2 kids aged 5 and 7. The kids did great. The layout is perfect for vacationing and the covered patio provided nice relief from the sun when needed. There is an open area between the golf course and the house, so it is very open and there are not golfers going right by the house all day. Also far enough away that you would never be hit by a ball! The pool is great and the furnishing are of a very high quality. I am very comfortable recommending this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
