Come enjoy a peaceful and private single family home on Amberjack Creek in the beautiful Cape Haze Community. The house is minutes from the beautiful village and beaches of Boca Grande, and close proximity to other beautiful beaches, state parks, golf courses, boating, fishing, shopping and restaurants. This is a wonderful part of Florida that has retained a sense of old Florida that you will truly enjoy!
The master bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, walk in shower, large tub, and his and her sinks. Step out to the lanai and enjoy the peaceful views and wildlife of Amberjack Creek. Guest wing includes two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a private den which includes a pull out sofa.
The living room opens to the lanai and Amberjack Creek - includes cable, DVD, and high-speed Internet connection. The large kitchen includes all amenities, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. A separate dining room overlooks the water and includes seating for six.
The surrounding area is peaceful and beautiful. We are minutes from Boca Grande and there are many beautiful and unique beaches and state parks nearby including Stump Pass Beach, Don Pedro Island, Gasparilla Island, and Cayo Costa.
We are also about 20 minutes to the spring training facility for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and close to a shopping center that includes a Publix supermarket and other convenient shops.

This house is minutes drive from the beach and only minutes drive from shops and great restaurants. However the great thing about this house is that it is very spacious, private and quiet, despite being so near to everything you could want! Terrific month spent on this lovely property. Accommodations are exceptional and the grounds were spacious and beautiful. We loved lounging water side and fishing off the dock. Sunrises and sunsets were awesome. Owner is very accommodating, easy to work with and stays in touch to make sure everything is ok. Excellent A++++ and we hope to book again next year.Did you find this review helpful? We have been vacationing in southwest Florida for 25 years, and this was always our favorite destination. We love the beautiful beaches, small villages, and everything the area has to offer.

Visit the beautiful beaches and village of Boca Grande ( rent a bike or golf cart, see the wonderful architecture and Banyon Street, swim, go shelling, grab an ice cream ) 2.) Take a kayak tour of Coral Creek or the mangrove trails 3.) Rent a boat and head to Cayo Costa State Park 4.) Catch a Devil Rays baseball game during spring training, or Stone Crabs game in the summer 5.) Take a charter to Cabbage Key and eat a cheeseburger in paradise 6.) Boil some fresh gulf shrimp or stone crab from a local seafood market -- mmmm 7.) Take a swing at one of the many great golf courses in the area 8.) Try your luck at fishing - snook, trout, grouper, or go for a tarpon 9.) Visit Dearborn Street and Olde Englewood Village 10.) Take the ferry to Palm Island or Don Pedro Island for a great lunch 11.) We are also about an hour from Sarasota, St Armands Circle, Sanibel/Captiva which are all great day trips
