Fabulous San Diego condo on the sand. Two bedrooms, two baths, two balconies overlooking the beach, 3 TV's, VCRs and DVDs, full kitchen, 15 minutes to Sea World and the airport, covered parking, out the door to the sand. The zoo, old town, the stadium, 15 minutes.

We love the ocean, we love to lay in bed and listen to the waves. I love to watch the waves going in and out while eating, or sitting on the sofa in the living room, or from the master bedroom, or even while shaving from the master bath. We love being able to sun tan while watching the ocean from the private deck. Step out the door to the sandy beach, or roast marshmallows and hot dogs in the fire pits on the beach. Fish from the pier that is directly adjacent to the building. We just love it here and so will you. You can see we like cold but warm sand better.
