Our first floor unit is the closest unit to the pool and beach out of the entire complex, offering quick and easy access to the beach and ocean front heated pool. Walk less than 20 yards and you are there. El Pres is a gated complex with covered parking in a prime location within walking distance from grocery, restaurants, bars, drug store, marina, ice-cream parlor and more. The best part is unit 109 has just undergone a complete remodel! Brand new cabinets, granite, walk-in shower/bath, travertine tile throughout, 3 flat screen TVs, ss appliances, new furniture and beds. Oh and did I mention the new tennis court and BBQ area right next to the pool. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, wireless internet, housekeeping and on-site mgmt.

My wife, son and daughter in law stayed for a week in this Siesta Key condo. It is well furnished with stainless appliances, tile floors, comfo furnishings and a great location. This was our first trip to Siesta Key, as we normally venture to Anna Maria Island for our winter trip. The beach is just beautiful as this has been documented many times. This condo is just around the corner from the pool, which was meticulously kept at 84 degrees, perfect for swimming and a great size for all to enjoy. The "wading pool" was not working, and still am convinced that it once was a jacuzzi but they just call it a wading pool so as not to have to fix it. It would be perfect if it was a hot tub, only thing missing from this place in my opinion. We saw manta rays swimming out front and walked all the way to Siesta Village where we had a nice outdoor lunch. The outdoor restaurants there, although not upscale, were fun and relaxing and usually had someone there playing guitar and singing during the day and evening. Overall, it was a great experience and we all really enjoyed the location and the beach and the condo was perfect for the week.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Siesta Key beach and the condo exceeded our expecations. Our family of five had lots of room. Everything in the condo is brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a washer/dryer. It even had flat screen TVs and stereo. The condo has easy access to the pool, which is large and surrounded by beautiful full grown palm trees. The beach is right next to the pool, so walking back and forth between the condo and beach/pool area is very easy. There is a shower as you walk from the beach to the pool. The beach itself is one of the prettiest beaches we've ever seen..and the sand is a soft, white powder! We were able to walk to restaurants and ice cream. We'll definitely be back. We were also surprised how nice the weather was in August. We would have liked to stay longer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
