  After a long search on several websites we found this property matched our needs for our family (myself, husband and 2 girls age 6 and 3), and for our friend's and their family (kids of the same age). PRO'S: Safe! With 2 young childrens and 2 toddlers, safety was key and we liked the extra security for the pool - double locks (door locks and tension bars as well as and pool fence. Hot Tub! After the kids are in bed it was heaven to unwind in the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Clean! Very clean and everything worked upon arrival. Convienent Location! - Away from the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee but only 10-minutes or so from the parks. Close to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc. Even a dollar store nearby was a great find to get pool noodles and pool toys for the kids as well as salt, pepper, laundry soap and smaller items that is not provided by the house. COMPETITIVE pricing - price point for the week we stayed was the best we found for the amount of amenities, size of house, etc. No "CONS" but some challenges: Could use a new mop - we found the vacuum/broom and clorox wipes worked better. I almost broke down and bought a Swiffer. Front master bedroom 1/2 moon window faces a street light and it shines through at night - our friends who had that room suggested that a shade be put up to help with it. Sparse cookware - only breakable plates. For families staying there, I suggest getting paper or foam plates/bowls/cups. Suggestions: WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY and highly recommend it! We hope to stay there again next time we go to Disney. If you like to cook dinner and plan to be at the parks all day - bring your crock pot (if you are able to). Its easy and we'd could cook our dinners all day while we were at the parks - dinner was ready when we came home - no fuss! Get to the house, unpack and then take inventory of small items you may need and check out the 1-2-3 Dollar Store in Clermont. Walmart is great but go before 4p.m. - it's a madhouse after people get off of work.

We have ordered a shade for the half-moon portion of the window in the front master bedroom. We are also in the process of replenishing all of our kitchen supplies and replacing our mops and pool noodles, all of which were fully stocked in our house, thanks for reminding us to replenish/replace them.

  We stayed at this home for 13 days over the Christmas period. The home was spacious, very clean and well maintained. We found the kitchen to be somewhat sparse with dishes and cutlery; somewhat difficult to prepare a supper meal. But if you don't plan to eat in that much, then what is provided would likely be sufficient. We enjoyed the community of Glenbrook (where the home is located) - it was a very quiet community and we felt safe. There was a wonderful u-pick orange grove just up the road! And, WalMart and a Publix very close by. There is not a lot of privacy on the sides of the pool, as you can see right into the neighbour's pool cages, so if you are looking for privacy this might not be the place. We also found that the spa took a long time to heat (ie 3 hours) - we were told by the owner that the air temperatures were causing this (highs of 75F). The owner was very good to deal with, answering all inquiries/questions very promptly and she even called us during our stay to answer a question.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We do take great pride in our house and try our best to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible for our guests. We are surprised to hear you found our kitchen supplies short of the items you needed, as none of our previous guests have mentioned this issue, including the previous families who celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas in our house. Thanks very much for making us aware of this and we will check kitchen inventory and replenish as needed. We wish you could have let us know the specific items you needed during your stay, and we would have made sure you had them. As far as the privacy of the pool, as you know, we have hedges planted behind our pool for privacy, although we are open on the short sides of the pool just like many houses in Glenbrook. We did consult with the pool company about the spa heating-up time when you first noticed it and told us about it, and found out that during the time period you stayed, prolonged spa heating-up time was commonly seen among the neighborhood houses, since daytime temperatures were relatively low (High 64F the day before you first noticed it) and nighttime temperatures were even lower (Low 37F the night before you noticed it), which is expected to occur in winter months as we have explained to you and always explain to all our potential guests who are interested in ordering pool heat in winter months at the time of reservation. Temperatures have risen back up to 80F during daytime with lows in 60F at night these days, and our guest families told us they have been enjoying our pool and spa. Thanks again for your review, it is our guests' inputs that help us keep our house in great shape.

  After a relentless search on website, I was about to give up because I wasn't being contacted by the homeowners as quick as I would've liked . Then I found Qian's home.It was too good to be true!! Beautiful, modern and affordable!! The moment I entered my information , Qian immediately responded back to me through email and phone. Our transaction was completed within a day! The home was exactly as depicted on the website.It had all the comforts needed.Just like being home!! It was near all the parks but without all the traffic and loud crowds.Supermarkets,pharmacies, restaurants were within a short driving distance.There is even one within walking distance. I would readily refer anyone to Qian's home if they wanted to visit that area!! The home was everything we expected and more!! If anything was amiss(which wasn't) the pleasant property manager was within reach with one phone call. Qian, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. I will definitely visit again if I am in the area!!

  The owner was helpful, nice, kind & always responded quickly. The house was beautiful and was in a perfect area. My family loved the home. And having a charming home to come stay in daily made the stay even more pleasant. We will contact the owner and rent the home again in the future! Thanks : )

  This house really is as beautiful as the pictures. It has a lot of open space which makes it feel like your not crowding anyone. The house is located close to everything. It's not to far from Walmart, Target, the grocery store, all kinds of restaurants, and it wasn't to far from Disney. The neighborhood was really quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to stay there again. I'd recommend it to anyone that asked.

  This was a perfect home for us during our week vacation in Florida. The home was spacious and very clean. We stayed there with our two daughters, 9 years and 5 years. There was more than enough room for us. This house could easily accomodate two families. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool and spa when we were not at Flordia attractions. While staying at this home we were close to Disney, Epcot, Downtown Disney, and many other Florida attractions. The house was a quiet, relaxing place to unwind after busy days of seeing Floriday attractions. It is located near several supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. The beds and pillows were ver comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat at resaurants. I would highly recommend this home for anyone thinking of vacationing in Florida. We would rent this house again! Qian and his wife were very professional in the booking process and made reserving this home very simple.

  This was a simply magical holiday with our 2 year old toddler. The house was lovely and met all our comfort and safety requirements. Located on a quiet and charming estate, the house is perfectly located just 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and International drive with the huge factory outlets and only a few minutes drive from a huge Walmart and Publix supermarket and walking distance to a Sweetbay supermarket and CVS drugstore. The house was beautifully decorated with simple and tasteful furniture and finishings. The layout was very spacious and open and well designed with the 2 main (and on-suite) double bedrooms being on opposite sides of the house allowing multiple families on holiday together to still maintain a bit of distance and privacy. We only used 1 of the rooms as our son slept in the same room as us, but he spent many hours playing hide-seek with us in the other rooms, bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes during our stay. The ease and convenience of the provided high chair, travel bed and stroller made our life with a toddler much simpler. The games room, spa and large choice of tv channels gave us heaps of evening entertainment when the little one was asleep. The safety fence around the pool gave us peace of mind during the day when the little one was running around and he just adored the swimming pool and 'baby spa pool' (as did we). The property management company is very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had an issue with the pool heating in the beginning, but they came out very quickly to fix it and make sure it was working again. The house was very well equipped and the only thing we didn't have we're DVDs to watch, which we easily changed by renting a DVD from a vending machine outside of the Sweetbay supermarket. We didn't make it to the community center on the estate because we simply didn't have time for it. We had many hours enjoying the sunny pool area and the open living area of the house. Arranging our holiday with the owner Qian was easy and clear, with quick responses to questions and simple online payment options. Thank you! Overall we were very happy with our choice to stay at this house and were very sad to leave. We loved Florida and hope to return for another holiday again soon.

  We thoroughly enjoyed your home. It is very spacious and inviting, the decor was beautiful and you could not beat the southern exposure that gave us sun on the pool area all day. The flat screen tv's,wifi and free phone calls were an added bonus. We all enjoyed the games room every night!! A great vacation and hope to return soon!

  We enjoyed our stay at this home. Loved the layout and it had everything we needed for our stay. Traveling with kids ages 6-15, a mother-in-law, and a brother-in-law, the home accomodates all ages. Very clean and close to the attractions. Thank you for your great service Qian!
