Very happy with the unit and the updates throughout. Owners were accommodating, and helpful with sightseeing. Gardens were absolutely beautiful. Definitely would recommend and visit again. You must see the Bonaventure Cemetery! Unbelievable gravestones.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for our get away to Savannah the owners are great and very friendly. They certainly added to the experience. The reason for the 4 star is that the Hot Water seemed to run out quickly so keep that in mind if there are 2 showering close together. Other than that I recommend it.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My Wife and I enjoyed our stay for the following reasons: The owner of the property gave us very useful information about the area. The rental was very clean and comfortable. We were very close to the Historic District and were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Parking at the rental was not an issue and parking downtown was free because it was the weekend. Regret not being able to go to the owner's restaurant A very pleasing and comfortable atmosphere in the area surrounding the rental due to the beautful landscaping.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This was exactly what I had hoped for. The description and pictures were exactly what I found upon my arrival. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to many places. The private court yard was peaceful and well maintained. I started each day by sitting outside and listening to the birds and enjoying the garden. I would recommend this location to friends and relatives. I plan on visiting Savannah in the fall and plan to stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

this property would have been good for a weekend, with an overnight bag, but not for longer. We were travelling in the area for 18 days, had lots of luggage/golf clubs. there was not enough space to store/hang anything. Only 1 chair, so could not sit inside.Really should have another chair. wouldn't call it a guest house, more like a converted single garage.Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend and would certainly recommend it. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple or single person. It was neat and tidy and had everything that you may need. It was conveniently located to downtown Savannah and within walking distance of a nice park. The owner was very pleasant and trying one of his restaurants is a must! We tried the Sandfly location and it was great!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Perfect! I very much enjoyed my week here! The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful!! One thing I really loved was the location, in a beautiful historic neighborhood, I was able to tour around and see many historic homes and parks and that just added so much fun to my "work-cation" I just wished I could have stayed longer, I will definitely be staying here again!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
