  Spent this past winter for a few months in Summer Daze. We were very pleased with our choice. The owner was a delight to work with. Any problems that arose were promptly taken care of. We hope to make this our home away from home for many winters to come. The location can't be beat. Close to Seaside and Publix. At the back of complex so very quiet and private entrance into condo is great. You are within walking distance to restaurants and Tom Thumb. If you choose to stay at Summer Daze you will definitely be glad you did. Enjoy!

  We just returned from a 2 week stay at Summer Daze and we had a wonderful time. It was my husband and I, my parents and our 2 young boys, ages 2 and 4. The condo was beautifully furnished, very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was great having TV's all in 3 bedrooms. We also loved the location, very convenient to Tom Thumb, Bike Rentals, Bruno's Pizza and Cafe 30A. The unit overlooks the pool and had a very nice view overall. Our only complaints (and these are pretty minor) are that the DVD player wasn't working - which wasn't a big deal for us, but just thought you should know, and also the mattress in the Master Bedroom is sinking a bit in the middle. Other than that, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a super nice, clean, well-stocked kitchen, reasonably priced unit in a super location! We will definitely be back!   We recently went on a two week vacation to Seagrove and we stayed here at Summer Breeze for the second week. As soon as we walked in the door my kids began saying how much nicer this place was. I have found that unless you stay at a very expensive condo, you usually will get the standard room with an old mattress and thrift store furniture. Not so with this place. Furnishings were great, kitchen was stocked well, and even the twin mattresses in the kids' room had padding that made them very comfortable. We felt like this was more than JUST a rental, but the owners allowed us to stay in their "home". Thank you so much! Very easy to deal with and we will definitely stay again. I don't usually write reviews for anything, but couldn't wait to tell others about how great our experience was.

  Great condo building. Nice area, beautiful landscaping and clean environment. Great location next to Bruno's pizza restaurant. Easy excess to upper priced Seaside and Watercolor. Comfortable condo with new kitchen. Hope to stay in this unit again. We have been staying in Beachwood Villas for over 12 years now and love the location.

  We went for our anniversary and had a great time. The owner was wonderful to deal with, the place was better than the pictures on the site. Spent every day at the beach, which was just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend!

  We spent our sons "first" Spring Break in the Summer Daze condo and we loved, loved, loved it. The condo is fabulous and just as described by the owner. It is wonderfully maintained and super clean. This was also our sons "first" time at the beach and he had an amazing time making friends and sand castles. There was so much to do and so many places to see. We will never forget this vacation. Thank you for making our "first" family beach memories amazing.

  My preteens and teen girls loved this clean, quiet, convenient cond! It was well stocked, decorated. It is within walking to the beach, restaurants, convenient store, shops and Seaside. The pool was heated and they even got in being the first week in March! There is laundry and TVs in every room. We will definitly go back!

  I just spent an amazing few days in this great property. The description was point on, the photos provided a very accurate view of the property. It was beyond clean, and very well cared for...the owner was very responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this place to some family members and friends. I plan on returning again as soon as I can. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, bike rentals and shops. You will not be disappointed with this property!

  Great location, great three bedroom unit. Convenient to everything you could need while vacationing. Short walk to beach without beachfront prices. Short drive or even reasonable walk to Seaside without Seaside prices. Easy access to airport, great Southwest or Delta airlines getaway.
