The villa:
The house is modern with traditional features!!
It has 2 levels. The upper level(elevated ground floor) has the full kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hobs and oven, microwave and all cooking utensils.
At the same level we also have the dining area and the living room with a 3 seater leather sofa, which folds out and can sleep up to 2 persons. In the living room we have a TV with DVD player and a stereo. There is also high speed internet in the house.
We also provide a cell phone in order to be able to get in touch with us.
In the lower level we have two bedrooms with double beds and outside of the bedrooms we have 2 bathrooms with showers.
Outside the house we have the private swimming pool which faces the caldera and the volcano.
At about 30 metres from the villa there is also a helicopter pad for those who want to arrive in style.
At 20 metres from the house you can reach the main road that goes into the town of Oia and right there you can also find a bus stop.
The nearest mini market is at 100 meters.
The nearest restaurant is at 20 meters.
The rate includes:

Minimum stay for all periods is 2 nights.
Payment policy:
We require 30% deposit on all bookings in order to hold the dates, unless they are made within a month from the date of arrival, in which case we require 50% deposit.
The deposit should be made through wire transfer in our bank account and the rest of the amount will be payable upon arrival in cash or by using paypal.
Paypal can also be used in some cases, but there will be an extra 2.5% charge for this service on the amount being transferred. Paypal can be used very conveniently if you want to use credit cards and you can use this payment method for the deposit or even for the remainder upon arrival.
At the time of booking, besides the deposit, we also need your credit card details for security reasons only. The card will not be charged unless there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.
Cancellation policy:
There will be no charge for cancellations received up to 31 days before arrival.
30-15 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
14-7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
6-0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.

Beautiful, clean, modern accommodation. Breathtaking views of the caldera. Well-stocked kitchen - helpful manager. Close proximity to Oia centre (20 minutes walk ), mini-marts, fabulous local winery, good local restaurants. Didn't want to leave after 2 nights so negotiated another. A villa and a view that will live with me forever,Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
