Brand new three story condominium, moments from town, the mountain and the bike path. The entry level from the two-car garage, has a bunkroom with double on the bottom and twin on the top, with lovely tiled bathroom steps away. For summer enjoyment there’s an enclosed patio adorned with flowers and table and chairs. Bring your coffee downstairs and read the morning paper or Kindle.
The second floor has a well-lighted living room with large screen TV, deck with grill,
open kitchen with great working space and all the amenities, and a cozy dining area with seating for six. There are stools for the counter as well, so chat to the cook while they work away. Just past the living area is a bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, large two sink bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a little deck on which to pass some quiet time.
The third floor has a master suite with enormous walk in closet, large deck with lounge chairs, desk at which to work on the computer, and a lovely bright bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. You can have your own floor for quiet living and escape, if you’re so inclined!
