Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We live in Cape Coral not too far from our vacation rental. We are only a short drive away should any problems arise-but sure hope not. We moved down here from upstate New York in 2010 because we couldn't stand the weather up there anymore! We both work in the health care field-not retired yet! We love to go boating and can give you some great ideas of where to go have fun. We love it here in the Cape and we're sure you will too.
Why the Owner Chose Cape Harbour: We love this area because it feels like you're on vacation 24/7/365 but you're not in a crowded, noisy tourist area. You can get there in 15 minutes if you want but you don't have to have it all the time. The weather could not be better and everything looks so much better in the sunshine! We love this area because it has easy access to lots of activities-we don't do them all, of course, but there really is something appealing for most everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We love the water and if that appeals to you, Cape Coral is for you! With about 400 miles of canals in the city you don't go very far without a water view.
