  My family and I could not have chosen a better place to stay for our southern California vacation. Its location is centralized between parks and beaches. Everything was just a short drive away but in a very quiet area of Irvine. The home itself was beautiful. It is in a very safe gated community. The nature trail has great views of all of Orange County, the ocean, and mountains. Linda was such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to southern California.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  The condo is in a absolutely beautiful neighborhood - safe & secure and was perfect for our visit! The owner was very pleasant to work with and tried to satisfy us in every way!

  A charming and comfortable house with everything one could want, including emergency food provisions! I would certainly stay there again and would recommend this home to other travelers.

  We stayed in this townhouse for the month of February. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet and has the air of an Italian village. The unit is lovely but quite small. It has been nicely decorated with interesting pieces. The outdoor garden is a delightful, restful spot. The full bed in the second bedroom was old and squeaked, and the adjoining bathroom is designed for children with a lower vanity, and smaller toilet and bathtub. The master bedroom was very comfortable and also has a tv and arm chair for reading. I loved the elegant chandelier hanging over the bed. The kitchen is adequately equipped with cups/plates/glasses--there are even a few bone-china pieces, but was severely lacking in tools for basic food preparation. The sofa does not pull out into a bed.....I don't know what was meant by "convertible bed(s)". The owner is friendly and accommodating and pleasant to work with, and was quick to respond to our requests.

  Owner response: I always appreciate suggestions from guests, as they have a unique vantage point. This is my first year renting this home so I am still adding elements as we go along, including additional kitchen utensils I might not use daily, but someone else might. Since it is the most costly item on my to do list, the bed in the 2nd bedroom is being replaced this spring. Out with the old, in with the new. You know how it goes.   We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It is small but well designed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The architecture, gardens, flowers are simply enchanting, and meticulously maintained. The house was very clean and the owner could not be more accommodating. Just loved it.

  My family stayed at this rental over the Christmas holidays, and everything was great. The home is beautiful and clean, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to another renter.

  Owner response: Actually the pleasure was mine. I had always wanted Christmas decorations but never had them. When I learned they were coming specifically for the holiday week, I went out and bought them and really enjoyed lighting everything up. Though I never met the family, I felt very special that they had chosen my home to spend that unique and wonderful family time together. And you know what? Next year I am getting more lights!

Additional Fees and Taxes:

I do not charge tax. Please email me for rates as they change through the year. I prefer credit cards. There is a $150 cleaning fee attached on to the rate, and a security deposit of $500-750 that I have always refunded in full. I am using part of the summer for home maintenance. However, the house will be available at certain times so feel free to email me. This home is perfect for summer!
