  My family and and I just returned from La Dolce Vita, we all had a great time! The house is beautiful - well maintained, clean, private - pretty much as described in the VRBO write up. The surroundings (water and beaches) are beautiful as well. Kevin (the owner) was incredibly helpful in terms of answering questions regarding the house, the island, fishing, travel arrangements, etc. Holton was also very helpful as an on island contact. I would definitely plan on another trip.

  3 Generations of a Family ( !2 people, including 4 children 5 and under ) stayed 10 days and loved it so much we rarely left!! We have stayed at more luxurious places and had more amenities nearby, but this lovely villa was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We found lots to do by the pool or on the beach and loved the "group space" in the main building for board games, puzzles and reading. The 3 families with kids each stayed in a different building , so at night, you were only, potentially, disturbed by your own kids. The white sand and blue water was mesmerizing and we saw fewer than 20 people, other than our family, in the 10 days we stayed. We left our beach toys on the beach for the whole time and nothing was ever disturbed, which meant we could keep adding to our sand structures and castles. Renting kayaks for a day was fun. The listing description and pictures were accurate and we found everything clean. The only minor problem was that the locals who were supposed to pick up garbage and do the pool maintenance didn't come as often as expected so we would have liked access to a pool skimmer to use. The limited grocery shopping available on the island might be problematic for some groups. We had the villa pre-stocked which helped and also stopped for groceries on Provo upon arrival. The Silver Palm was a great place to eat and walkable in daylight. We would have preferred a larger vehicle as we had to make 2 trips to go anywhere as a group, which limited our exploring, although most of the group were perfectly content to stay at the villa the whole time. So, if you want to travel farther afield, you might want to consider renting a second vehicle for a larger group. Kevin was very helpful and easily reached by email or phone. La Dolce Villa is perfect if you are looking for total relaxation and a chance to sit in the sun or on the beach for hours on end.We would definitely return and highly recommend this vacation spot .

  The photos and description only begin to describe this spacious house in an amazing location. The house is well equipped with anything you might need during your stay including cooking utensils, towels sheets and laundry facilities. The house has plenty of separation to give a big party a sense of privacy and great common areas for relaxing or dining as a group. The beach is spectacular and empty. A stroll from the house in either direction brings you past just a single house and for most of our stay no other people. The water is turquoise and calm with a gradual sandy drop off. Making it Perfect for the whole family. The pool and deck area provide shelter from the sun but there is plenty of room for sunbathing next to pool or in a shallow alcove perfect for a beach chair. Internet access was fast and reliable and there was good cell phone coverage available if you make the usual international arrangements.

  I would like to point out that this property does not have a nuclear proof bunker - contrary to the advertisements. Being able to relax on pure soft sand and bone fishing every day plus an infinity pool does not in my view compensate for the ability to hide your family in concrete reinforced shelters and avoid totalitarian Venezuelan type dictators.. God's revenge will come in many ways. however a plus point to this accommodation is that you may take the boats offshore (therefore avoiding the onshore nuclear incidents) and have a ball - catching marlin - before coming back to your melted accommodation.   What an incredible, beautiful oceanfront house. I loved waking with the view of the agua blue ocean water. We stayed in the main house in the second floor master suite. The furnishings far exceeded my expectations. The living area was quit spacious with six adults in it. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef could ever need. The best part of our stay was being able to walk down the steps to the ocean. When we were finished in the ocean we walked up to a refreshing pool. We had a marvelous time and hope to stay at this property again.

  I had the pleasure to visit this spot in North Caicos and it did not disappoint in any way shape or form. There are not many places that you can rent such a beatiful compound that has a large pool and the beach/ocean that is steps away. The house is separated so you never feel people are close to you. You are sharing the vast beach with 2 other homes and that is it. If you like to walk the beach is for you and more than likely you won't encounter anyone else on your walk. The water is aqua blue and the white sandy beaches are world class. The house has all the amenities whether you are entertaining or getting away with your family. I highly recommend this property and don't think you will be dissappointed. I am looking to go back there soon.

  We booked the Dolce Vita following recommendation from other family who had stayed there previously. The property is more luxurious than depicted in their own write-up! Seven of us stayed for two weeks - four adults and their kids (aging from 11 to 18 y/o). Superb amenities within the property - and the almost deserted beach literally backs onto the Dolce Vita's garden! It's so quiet, peaceful and relaxing - but, at the same time, has bags to to do for the kids in and on the water and around the coastline. Use a rental car to explore the island and Middle Caicos. You'll never be short of anything to do (that's IF you can get the energy to do it!). We traveled from London to get there, so it was a bit of a leap of faith, relying on other's feedback as to how magnificent the house and location were. No disappointment at all - I couldn't find a single fault with anything. I would not hesitate on recommending La Dolce Vita to anyone who would like a fantastic vacation away from the tacky trappings of the commercialism found in 'resorts' and 'package' holidays. You will note fail to love this place and look forward to your next visit!

Additional information about rental rates

For the Holiday Season 2013, the villa is available on a Saturday - Saturday basis, so either December 21st- December 28th or December 28th - January 4th (or both)

A deposit of 50% of the net rental is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

All rentals add 12% government tax and $200 cleaning fee

Add $600 per extra person per week for parties more than 8

Until reservations are confirmed, rates and availability are subject to change
