My cosy one bedroom apartment in Montmartre, 470 sq feet or 46 sq meters can accomodate up to four guests. Famous Sacré Cœur, Pigalle, Place du Tertre, place des Abesses and Moulin Rouge are within walking distance. Staying in my flat, you will really feel being in Paris! Nearby, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and fine groceries.
The apartment is all furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and 4 people can sleep comfortably. All utilities are included. It features Free wireless DSL, free phone calls to France North America and Europe, TV and Hi-Fi, washing-machine/dryer and linens and towels are provided.
It is very bright all year long and enjoys a beautiful view on the Sacré Coeur and Parisian roofs. All kind of tourist information is available. It is very close to the tube station (line 12, direct to Madeleine, Concorde, Le Bon Marché, Musée d’Orsay, Montparnasse…and line 4: direct to Saint Germain des Prés) and numerous buses can drive you to Paris’ main attractions. I was in Paris for 48 hours and could not have asked for a better location from which to explore the famed narrow streets, sip coffee and eat dessert, drink wine and feast on french cuisine. In addition, Basilica of the Sacré Cœur (walking distance from the apartment) is a famed tourist attraction and offers spectacular views of the city. In addition to being able to enjoy Paris in all its charm, the neighbourhood is very convenient - with cafes, grocery stores, and a metro station all within few minutes walking distance. The apartment itself is located in a nice building that is secure. The apartment is well equipped with conveniences, including a washing machine. The owner has furnished the place with quality items, including a sturdy sofa cum bed for visitors. All in all, I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent the place in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is a great apartment. In a modern and secure building with lifts to just outside the flat entrance door. It is light and airy, very comfortable and safe. Never felt in danger outside the building no matter what time we came back in the early hours. The bakery on the corner is to die for and the restaurants and bars on the doorstop are trendy and atmospheric and not touristy. Though if that is what you are after they are only a few minutes walk away. The view of the Sacre' Coeur and roof tops is straight out of the movies. We will come and stay at this apartment again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I reallly love Montmartre's neighborood and its unique, 'truly' Parisian atmosphere. The flat is located within walking distance from very touristic areas but remains quiet and not too crowdy.
